“A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF


AS SECRETARY OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY
EFFECTIVE ”

WHEREAS, Section 7 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 as amended by 11768, the Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the
concurrence of the majority of all the SK members from among the members of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan;

WHEREAS, Ms./Mr. possesses all the qualifications for


the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary as provided in Section 10 of the Republic Act
10742 as amended by 11768;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as it hereby resolved to confirm the


appointment of Ms./Mr. as Secretary of the
Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay , Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur
effective on until end of the term of the appointing authority unless
sooner removed;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to


Ms./Mr. , DILG, City Auditor, and the Local Youth Development
Office of Pagadian City and all parties concern for their information and record;
