EVAPORATORS

Pomar Water manufacture waste heat evaporators to produce distillate water.

All units are totally made in CuNi 90/10 and

include: feed sea water pump, anti-scaling

dosing system and electric control panel

with salinometer.

Also available multi-stage units and units built in different materials depending of the

OSMOSIS FOR NAUTICAL

Adaptable Serie RO unit are specially designed for its installation in the nautical sector.

Its unique and compact design allows to have multiple settings to adapt the unit to the
availablespace onboard. The system is a semiautomatic operation and also comes
standard with 5,7" touch and clor screen in order to control the operating parameters of
the unit. To enhance the versatility, Pomar Water have designed also a remobable screen
which allows to place it in the proper place for its operation.

The unit can be instaled with a second touch screen with ethernet wire or be operated
in remote with a tablet or smatphone by wireless connection.

Production range goes from 70 l/h to 280 l/h to eet the needs for any boat and ensure
the best confort onboard with the best quality potable water.

MODULAR REVERSE OSMOSIS

Modular units include all the main elements of the system all installed in a common
frame:

HEAT EXCHANGER

Pomar Water design and manufacture heater exchangers according to customers’ needs
and specifications. The equipments are made according to leading mechanical design
codes using 3D systems design.

Heater exchangers have different applications in industry sector as refrigeration, steam

condensation, heaters, vaporizers, concentrators o any type of heat exchange between
two fluids.

In our heat changers manufacture Pomar Water use different types of material according
to the application: Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Duplex/ Super duplex steel, naval bronze
or cupronickel.

In Exchangers Department, Pomar Water design and manufacture complete

refrigeration modules for the maritime, offshore and industrial sector. We supply the
modules completes and ready for its installation, including: Heat exchangers,
Circulation pumps, Electric control panel and Temperature regulation System.

POTABLE WATER HEATERS

To heat sanitary water on vessels and platforms.

Heaters can include control panel for resistances

and circulation pumps. Units can be supplied loose

or with all the elements installed in the same frame.

These are manufactured in stainless steel AISI-316L

and with thermal isolation in 50 mm mineral wool

finished in stainless steel sheet. Sanitary heaters are available for heating

through electric resistances, steam or hot water.

HYDROPHORE TANK / UNIT

Designed and manufactured to maintain a stable water pressure in all the distribution
systems avoiding frequent burst of speed of systems pumps.

Hydrophore groups are essential in maritime and offshore facilities for the potable or
technical water supply or fire protection system.

Tanks, pipe and valves are manufactured in stainless steel AISI-316L.

Units are supplied including electric panel for control and pump operation. It can be
also be supplied with loose elements or installed in a common frame.

MINERALIZERS

These units can mineralize and adjust the PH of the water produce in our water makers
and reverse osmosis units.

It avoids corrosion in the water distribution system through the PH adjustment, for
example, in pipes, storage tanks, etc.

Pomar Water mineralizes are designed to

assure that potable water produce is of the highest

quality meeting the OMS standard.

The equipment is full manufactured in AISI-316L;

it is supplied with the full mineral charge, control valve,

manometer, security valve and level.

The mineralize unit can be also be supplied with the analyzer and PH probe installed

over the unit.

UV STERILIZERS

The ultraviolet light is the more security system to avoid bad flavors and odors in potable
water. Pomar Water sterilizer systems give clients a disinfection system of water
chemical products free.

Pomar Water water sterilizers are designed for vertical assembly and the radiation
chamber.

Is manufactured in stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti).

High radiation lamp is guaranteed for 10.000 operation hours with optimized
performance and flows.

The lamps include as standard supply security solenoid valve for automatic cut in case
of alarm and non-sterilizer water protection as well as automatic flow limiter and control
panel with alarms.

DFM Marine is used in telematics systems (GPS tracking systems) and as an autonomous
fuel monitoring solution. DFM Marine is installed in fuel line of the engine / boiler /
burner, directly measures fuel consumption and generates an output signal, which is

SPRAY CONTROL

Spray Control® is made in a round form for easy mounting around flanges and locking in place.
A special metal filter inside the ring absorbed any spray-out and distributes it around the flange
circumference. Spray Control® also provides for good steam protection.

Spray Control® is successfully used on practically every flange configuration, round, oval or other
forms and with different gap or no gap between the flanges. The flexible net adapts itself to the
gap. Where other spray shield rings cannot be applied when the flange connections deviate from
the norm, the Spray Control® practically always fits.

Mechanical seal reconditioning

A mechanical seal, where are individual parts damaged, we can do it through

professional regeneration or exchange of items again "on new" trim. Shafts, shaft sleeves,

coatings!

The regeneration and refurbishment of various sealing systems is carried out by

experienced professionals in specialized machinery.
