How to install the
Mobile Application                                    Austen

Go to the App Store or Google Play, in the “Search”
tab, type in myNas and download the application.
After installing the Mobile application click on
“Open”.
How to register

After opening the mobile application, click on
“Registration” tab, select method of registration
whether Emirates ID or Card No. and fill in all the
details and click on “Register”. An activation code
will be sent via email, key in the code and once you
have successfully registered, the login screen will
appear.
How to sign-in

                                                          Tech
To sign in click on “Sign in”. Enter Card No. or email
and password and then click on “Sign-in”. Members
can login from any device using the same login
credentials. On some devices you can sign-in by
using your bio-metric touch ID.
Members can reset their password by clicking on
“Forgot password”, then filling in the required
details. SMS with the resetting steps will be sent to
your registered mobile number.

Home Page where one can access different
functionalities of myNas App.

page. Where you can access different features.
Members can also sign out completely from the app.
Profile

By clicking on “Profile”, you can view your name,
photo, card number and other details like gender
and marital status.
Members can change password, email and mobile
number, by clicking on the tabs below.
Bank Accounts

In this option, members can update their bank
details for seamless reimbursement claims
settlement.
Settings

In this option, members can change the language
setting by choosing either English or Arabic, share
and rate myNas app, connect to our social media
sites, share the app with friends and family,
enable/disable touch ID that allows the clinic or
hospital to access your ID via your device. Members
can choose which platform they wish to receive
important notifications, it can be through SMS or
Email.
Inquiries and

In this feature, members will be able to submit
inquiries and complaints directly from the app. To
use this feature, you will have to choose if it’s an
inquiry or complaint, then click on “New Inquiry” or
“New Complaint”, fill the required details and attach
a document and lastly click on “Submit”.

and when a claim is received and settled.

Eligibility Code

Eligibility Code allows the member to use their eCard
ID as an Electronic ID in case they don't have the
myNas ID or Emirates ID.

The Member can call the helpline from this screen or
using his mobile keypad 24/7. For any assistance or
inquiries.

This page allows the members to view the complete
addresses and contact information of all our offices

eCard

The eCard can be downloaded and saved in the
gallery and can be used to avail direct billing facility
if the physical card is not available.

These features give the member the option to
download the network list, search for their
preferred hospitals, clinics, and doctor. Note your
eligibility with the green indicator.
Also, gives the option to search for providers within
their network while filtering the Emirate, provider
type (hospital, pharmacy, etc.), and doctor
specialty.
My Family

In this option, the member will be able to view their
family’s policy details and submit reimbursement
claims on their behalf.
Any family member below 18, will not be able to
process or submit any of the claims.
ePrescription

In this option, the member can see his medication-
related information by filtering a member name,
request date, request status and provider name.
The member also has the option to view all e-
Prescriptions by simply selecting the “search”
button without using any filters. Members will view
the history of the medications they were prescribed
and keep track of the approval status.
My Policy

In this option, the member can view policy details,
download Table of Benefits, Network List and the
Claim Reimbursement Form.

before submitting their claims.
Claims

    Select beneficiary
    Select Country and Visiting date
    The member can upload supporting documents
    Once all completed, check your details and click on “Submit” to
    proceed.
Claims history can be viewed on this page whether from providers or
reimbursement claims. Even the claim which lacks the complete
documentation can be searched here.
Principal will not be able to access claims history or submit claims on
behalf of dependents above 18 unless they create a separate
account and authorize the principal.
To allow access, the holder needs to follow these steps:
      Go to Settings
      Turn On "Allow Medical File" and "Allow Spouse to Access Kid"
      Once this is done the principal can now access their claims.

Program
Enrolling in CMP allows you to refill your chronic
medication without having you visit the doctor
regularly, as long as your condition is stable. Our
team will coordinate with you to ensure your
prescription is delivered to your doorstep. If a follow
up with the doctor is needed our team will book the
appointment for you.
