OVERVIEW

According to Wikipedia, the Information Age is a period in human history


characterized by the shift from industrial production to one based on information and
computerization. We will be focusing on the development of the information age and its
impact on society particularly how social media impacted our lives.

ENGAGE

The Information Age is the modern time in which information has become a
commodity that is transmitted freely, easily, and quickly by using computer networks.
According to James R. Messenger who proposed the theory of the Information age in
1982, the Information Age is true age based upon the interconnection of
computers via telecommunications. Learn more about the Information Age
