LiOperating Instructions of
Electric Cooking Range
General;
The oven and the griddle of the range are so designed as to
be well regulated and uniformity heated.
It ie recommend
thet the griddle should be sufficiently
preb
ed prior to
Set the svitch at high position for quick preheating.
Make sure that the oven is heated up to the desirable
oven
The oven is provided with upper heating unit located at the
top of the compart:
nt and with a lower hesting unit located
under the bottor cover of the compartuent.
Each heating unit should be independently regulated ot
respective tonperature according to baking or roasting, by
mean of the
witch in the switch box or at body front.
The oven is also provided with en adjustable automatic
temperature control, the dial of which i located on the
front surface.
The setting of this control dial effects the average oven
temperature to be meinteined

To preheat oven, set tonpersture control dial at temperature
desired, turn the two evitehes (for upper snd loxer heater)
on and keep oven door closed, vith two switches on, the oven
tempereture will ri
up to 250 in approximetely 40 minutes

The oven is equipped with « shelf for boking or roasting.
For baking pies, place the pans directly on the unit cover.
For baking cakes or pastries, the shelf should bo positioned
at the higher level and the pans should be placed on the
shelf at thie higher position.
The following teaperature, time and shelf positions are
euggosted as a guide for various kind of beking or roasting.

rotary S-position snitch located in front of the main body.
Teupersture of the griddle riser to 250% in about 30 minutes
after the svitch is set to “HIGH” . After temperature has
risen, set the eviteh “MEDIUM” or "LOW". In thie
condition almost every kind of dishes can be cooked.

king carefully. (For example, a nail is caught betveen edges and the
sotor locks consequently. For further details, refer to the Clause 7
‘TROUBLE SOOTING GUIDE.)
