Example Of An Observation Essay

Crafting an essay on the subject of "Example of an Observation Essay" can present a unique set of
challenges. One of the primary difficulties lies in the need for keen observational skills. Unlike
traditional essays that may rely more on research and analysis, an observation essay demands a
meticulous attention to detail, an ability to capture the essence of an experience, and a skillful
articulation of those observations.

Moreover, maintaining a balance between objectivity and personal reflection can be a delicate task.
The writer needs to convey their own perspective while ensuring that the reader can visualize the
observed scenario. This involves choosing the right words, creating vivid imagery, and effectively
communicating the emotions and nuances of the experience.

Another challenge is the potential for subjectivity. The writer's personal biases or preconceived
notions can unintentionally color the portrayal of the observation. Striking a balance between
personal interpretation and presenting an objective viewpoint is crucial for the credibility and
authenticity of the essay.

Furthermore, structuring the essay in a cohesive and engaging manner can be demanding. The
narrative should flow smoothly, guiding the reader through the observation without losing their
interest. Organizing the information logically and ensuring a clear progression of ideas is essential to
create a compelling and well-structured piece.

In conclusion, composing an essay on the topic of "Example of an Observation Essay" requires a

unique skill set that combines keen observation, effective communication, and thoughtful reflection.
Overcoming the challenges of maintaining objectivity, conveying personal experience, and ensuring a
well-structured narrative can make this task particularly demanding. However, with dedication and
attention to detail, one can create an essay that not only exemplifies the art of observation but also
engages and captivates the reader.

Piracy Essay
Music and Software Piracy

Piracy and Copyright Infringement are major issues that have developed through the use
of the Internet and file transfer servers. Developments and advances in these areas over
past two decades have my generation within a mouse click of their destination. However,
these opened doors have been overrun with a large exchange of pirated material. The
present issue involves the nations excessive illegal downloading of unlicensed products.
The trend of previous litigations involving piracy and copyright cases in federal courts
has ruled against the consumer, and has involved the rewriting of many laws, yet it

Unfortunately, with each announcement of new protective software, a counter program
almost instantly is created, matched, and supported through counter hacking
technology that makes files available to these large copying networks. Any person
with knowledgeable code in computers is capable of decoding these files. This desire
to liberate files by many hackers is only a sign to show that the industry should be
developing ways to work with the technology and not against it. The Recording
Industry Association of America recently filed lawsuits against four college students,
running ftp servers on campus networks. A federal judge in California settled the case
quickly, and despite the fact that the students never actually accepted responsibility,
they settled to pay $12,000 to $17,500 in fines. A case that ended without a clearly
defined verdict proves that it is difficult to have a true scapegoat for responsibility of
piracy violations and copyright infringement. The internet is like one gigantic copying
machine, says David Nimmer, a lawyer who spends most of his time with disputes in
Intellectual property. Once on the internet, copying becomes effortless, costless,
widespread, and immediate. Nimmer is an experienced lawyer who is well aware of the
easy access to the copied files and has trouble himself challenging illegality in certain
situations. Copyright law does not make a distinction

Buffalo Soldiers in the West Essay
Buffalo Soldiers in the West

Throughout American history, African Americans haven t had too much say in whether
or not they belonged in the United States or not. Slavery without a doubt had a great
impact upon their decisions. However, despite their troubles, African Americans have
paid their dues and have made an impact on our armed forces since the Revolutionary
War. African Americans have fought to preserve the rights for Americans, as well as
having to fight the war within their very own country to gain the right to fight for their
country and their individual freedom.

Approximately sixteen months after the end of the Civil War, an Act of Congress
entitled the Buffalo Soldiers An Act to increase and fix the Military Peace ... Show more

Some volunteered. Others were drafted. In addition to several all black regiments, an
all black regiment was recruited from Rhode Island. This regiment distinguished itself
in the Battle of Rhode Island on August 29, 1778. Between 1775 to 1781 there weren t
any battles without blacks being involved in some way or another. Black soldiers
fought for the colonies at Lexington, Concord, White Plains, Brandywine, Saratoga,
Savannah, and Yorktown. There were two Blacks by the name of, Prince Whipple and
Oliver Cromwell, with Washington when he crossed the Delaware River on Christmas
Day in 1776. Some won recognition and a place in the history of the War of
Independence by their outstanding service, although most have remained anonymous.
Unfortunately despite African Americans contributions in the war effort and the large
amount of dead Blacks, only very few had gained their freedom. The War for
Independence was just the first of a list of wars African Americans would have a chance
to be involved in.

The second American war fought with the assistance of African Americans help was the
War of 1812. As Martin Delany put it, the African American were as ready and as
willing to volunteer in your service as any other . Black soldiers fought the British on
land and sea, and they were particularly conspicuous in several different naval battles
fought on the Great Lakes under the command of
The Importance Of Club In High School
There are all sorts of clubs that are offered in high school. There are sports clubs such
as soccer, basketball, football, tennis and baseball. Other clubs may be more indoor
like gaming, business, and various academic and language clubs. Art, drama, dance,
and music clubs are great choices as well. Additionally, there are so many more clubs
one could choose from such as debate and cooking. Joining a club gives the student a
sense of belonging. The student will usually gain friends and self confidence if they join
a club. Clubs can be offered by schools, churches, or other organizations. The chart below
shows a study done by the National Center for Education. It shows that students who
participate in an extracurricular activitywhile in high schooldo better in attendance,
50.4% compared to 36.2%; not skipping class, 50.7% compared to 42.3%; their GPA is
a 3.0 or higher, 30.6% compared to 10.8%; their composite math and reading
assessment is better, 29.8% compared to 14.2%; and 68.2% are expected to earn a
Bachelor s degree compared to 48.2% of those who did not participate in an
extracurricular club, ( The Value of Extracurricular Activities Infographic ). This research
proves that clubs are very beneficial to high school students. It benefits them as a whole
person, making their high school experience better and their academic grades higher.

Another study, conducted by the College Board, found that club participation correlated
with higher SAT scores. The math
Osmosis Paper
Osmosis Planning Aim To investigate osmosis in potato chips in varying concentrations
of solution (sodium chloride (Nacl) and distilled water) and its effects. To see the change
in mass before and after the effect of osmosis. Osmosis Osmosis is the movement of
water from a less concentrated solution to a more concentrated solution through a
partially permeable membrane. This occurs in situations such as the movement through a
cell wall, it allows smaller molecules through but not bigger molecules. The molecules
will diffuse until the area where the molecules are reach equilibrium. Prediction I think
that the increase of the concentration of the solution in the test tube the lower the mass of
the potato will be. I came... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Another thing i had to take into account was the type of potato I used as i didn t want
the results to be affected by a change in water mass in the potato as different types of
potatoes containing varying masses of water, also some potatoes could be more pores
and would end up affecting my results and providing me with more outliers. The
dependent variable is the substance that we measure in the experiment for the purpose
of my investigation the dependant variable is the potato chips as the change in mass
will allow us know the effect of osmosis, and how much effect did occur. For my
investigation i will measure the potatoes in grams for a better reading however when
drawing up my graph to compare the results I believe that using percentages will be
easier and more understandable. To hopefully achieve better results i will use the same
equipments throughout just as a precaution. Preliminary During our preliminary we used
two different concentrations. Sodium chloride and distilled water. We used both of them
and compared them to each other. We chose to use the 5 molar sodium chloride
concentration and distilled water. However for the actual investigation we would use
more concentrations that would go in between the two extreme concentrations. We used a
volume of 60ml and 20ml. Then out of the two we chose the one that showed us the most
promising results to use for the main investigation. We ended up choosing the 60ml as
The Creation of Federal Laws in Australia
The Creation of Federal Laws in Australia The Commonwealth of Australia was created
with the 1901 unification of six recently independent British colonies. All were solidified
under the authorship of a Constitution that same year which predicated the form of
government and the legal orientation of the new nation. (AG, p. 1) In doing so, it also
vested the power to create federal laws in Australian Parliament and, in one sense, gave it
exclusive authority to do so. And in this sense, one might render the interpretation that
one advantage Australiahas is that it has a written constitution which gives nearly all the
power to make laws for Australia to the Commonwealth Parliament. However, a more
complete understanding of the structure of Australian law suggests that this is a great
understatement and one which does not make full accounting for the roles played either
by the states that are confederated to make up Australia or by the judicial branch of the
federal government. A consideration of the roles played by Parliament, the states and the
court systems reveals that in fact, while the power to legislate laws is entrusted in
Australian parliament, this entitlement is only possible through an interdependence with
these other dimensions of the government. First, it is appropriate to examine the
conditions that will have allowed for one to make the blanket statement quoted here
above. Namely, the Australian Government (AG)(2011) documents that Section 51 of the
