MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of understanding (hereinafter called as the `MOU') is entered into on this Fourteen
May Two thousand and eighteen(14-05-2018) by and between Global Institute of Engineering &
Technology, Moinabad and Nexoft solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad (COMPANY and COLLEGE are
here in after referred to individually as "Party" or collectively as "Parties").
This Memorandum of Understanding has been drawn up between COMPANY and COLLEGE to
provide Academic support by
Industrial Training & Visits: Industry and Institution interaction will give an insight in to
the latest developments / requirements of the industries; the Second Party to permit the Faculty and
Students of the First Party to visit its group companies and also involve in Industrial Tra ining
Programs for the First Party. The industrial training and exposure provided to students and faculty
through this association will build confidence and prepare the students to have a smooth transition
from academic to working career. The Second Party will provide its Labs / Workshops / Industrial
Sites for the hands-on training of the learners enrolled with the First Party.
Guest Lectures/Refresher courses: Second Party to extend the necessary support to
deliver guest lectures/refresher courses to the students of the First Party on the technology trends and in
house requirements.
Faculty Development Programs: Second Party to train the Faculties of First Party for
imparting training as per the industrial requirement considering the National Occupational Standards in
concerned sector, if available.
for the Electronics & Communication Engineering with the purpose of supporting the common goals of
both managements, enabling collaborative actions to be planned and implemented, and making
effective use of the complementary strengths of both organizations.
COMPANY pledges to support COLLEGE in this regard and provide it with advice and resources
within its means to ensure successful implementation of MOU and achievement of its objectives.
In Case COMPANY and COLLEGE have differences concerning the implementation of the MOU
they can settle through dialogue and discussion to resolve them. In case such differences cannot be
resolved either party can terminate this Memorandum of Understanding by giving 1414 11,EN DAYS
notice in writing to the other party and make such termination public only after it has taken effect. This
Memorandum of Understanding will remain in effect unless terminated according to the above
provision.
Rules and Regulation*
• COMPANY shall help students in advising them on their career, suggest suitable fields visits
and provide them internships.
• The COMPANY should not demand any amount from the student other than the honorarium
provided by the college.
• If any dispute or difference of any kind whatsoever where to arise between COMPANY and
COLLEGE, through the authorized Coordinator of the COLLEGE, COMPANY May Approach
the Principal of COLLEGE.
Now, therefore this Memorandum of Understanding is signed on this Date: 14th May 2018, subject to
such corporate approvals deemed necessary and shall remain in effect unless terminated in accordance
with the above provision.
