Project: Assa North Gas Project (Fabrication and Supply of pipe racks, Air receivers and Fuel Gas
Treatment Skids)
Position: Project Supervisor
 Coordinating, planning and supervising of the on-going Construction (prefabrication, erection,
installation of fuel gas skids and pipe racks 1 to 6
 Coordinates workforce for optimum utilization. Monitored all work for compliance to applicable
codes: ASME 8 and DEP etc
 Prepares budget for the project and managed budget at completion through monitoring of
cost/schedule variances and earned value analysis
 Ensures material take-off was adequate for the project scope.
 Manages communication and QA/QC processes during the construction phase.

specification restrictions, material processes, pre-and post-heating requirements which involve use
of complex alloys, unusual fabrication methods and welding of critical joints.
 Performed experimental welding to evaluate new equipment, techniques and materials.
 Developed welding techniques, procedures and application of welding equipment to problems
involving fabrication of metals, utilizing knowledge of production specifications, properties and
characteristics of metals and metal alloys and engineering principles
