RESOLUTION #3-2023

“RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2024 COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH


DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) OF SK BARANGAY OKOY”

WHEREAS, presented to this Sangguniang Barangay for legislative consideration and


review is the proposed Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development(CBYDP) of
Barangay Okoy SK for FY 2024;

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 8 of the Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the“
Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” and its implementing rules and regulations,
the SK, in consultation and with the concurrence of the Katipunanng Kabataan, shall
formulate a three (3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as Comprehensive Barangay
Youth Development Plan (CBYDP).

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall be


aligned with the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and Local Youth
Development Plan (LYDP) of the city.

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall serve
as the legal basis for the preparation of Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP).

NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of the honorable members present and duly
seconded by the same, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED “RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2024
COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) OF SK
BARANGAY OKOY”
Adopted this 11th day of December 2023 at Barangay Hall, Okoy, Santa Fe, Cebu.
