A2 Discussion points:

1. Has the past year been good/bad/satisfactory or otherwise for you, and why?
It was a pretty amazing year. I have managed to close the deals and helped my team in their training.
I got one meeting initially and it got converted into a customer. The start was really exciting and full of
motivation. I was naïve in team handling but I am learning day by day new techniques of leadership.

2. What do you consider to be your most important achievements of the past year?
One of my clients was in a problem with the deliverables and the pricing. I pitched him our services and he liked
our engagement model. He was so impressed by our work and really liked our support. I felt that I have provided
a solution to his problem.

3. What do you like and dislike about working for this organization?
* Likes:- Positive work environment, Freedom of decision-making, great leadership and communication, Work-life
balance, and growth opportunities.
BD team should get the USA Holidays.

4. What elements of your job do you find most difficult?

*When there are no meetings and closures coming to the pipeline it feels more frustrating. As I couldn’t meet my
targets.
*Rejection Handling
*Negotiation and closing deals
*Handling multiple priorities.

5. What elements of your job interest you the most, and least?
*I am learning every day a new chapter in this job role. I am an enthusiastic person and love exploring new ways
to construct the sales process. If plan A is not working, I am trying plan B. I like being into sales because I can
provide a solution to customers problem.
6. What do you consider to be your most important aims and tasks in the next year?
*I would check with the team’s appointment generation process. I want them to level up and get as many
meetings so we could hit the target. I will personally make sure that the prospects/clients pipeline should be
warm.
*Achieving targets.
*Upselling.
*Continuous learning.

7. What action could be taken to improve your performance in your current position by you, and your boss?
* Share feedback on my performance as it helps me improve myself in the long run.
* How can we check the trend and practices of the industries? So accordingly, we could target the Companies.
* Focus on existing clients so we could get repeat businesses and referrals.

8. What kind of work or job would you like to be doing in one/two/five years’ time?
*In the next year: I would try to improve the team’s no and mine for meetings/closures.
*In the next two years: I will learn the technical aspects of our services so if no technical person is present on
that call but I should easily manage that situation.
*In the next five years: I will lead a team of around 10 reps and will do an onsite Face-to-Face closure.

Rate yourself in points from 1 to 10. 1 means worst & 10 means Best

9. What sort of training/experiences would benefit you in the next year? Not just job skills - also your natural
strengths and personal passions you'd like to develop - you and your work can benefit from these.
*I want to be technically sound in terms of our services and capabilities so I could enhance my knowledge.
* Sales training programs like webinars.
*Sales leadership and management.
