A1 State your understanding of your main duties and responsibilities.

Training: Most essential part when it comes to teach a new joined team member under me weather it is an
experienced or not as it is going to result directly in his/her methods to work and also to convey outreach on
behalf of the company.it includes aspects like work ethics, calling gestures, content drafting, objection handling
and score meetings. Most important aspect to increase the Business Development Team.
Monitoring: Keeping a check on activities and issues faced by team members, resolving issues, and advising
suitable measures time to time for better performance.
Lead nurturing: Keeping a track on all the leads in pipeline and timely follow-ups to ensure conversions timely.
Meetings: Always make an effective presentation on meetings and try to make them understand about the
concept of outsourcing services as a benefit to the clients
Documentation: Preparing documentation and getting approvals for client reviews.
Closures: To close the client based on prompt follow-ups and keep the tech team occupied with ample amount
of work as in resulting to generate a good business turnover and repetitive client base. Focus on quality of rather
quantity.
Management: Managing individual and team work cycle. Providing statistics from team to higher management
and discuss about improvising the performance.

1. Has the past year been good/bad/satisfactory or otherwise for you, and why?
The beginning of the previous year was good as we progress towards the further quarters in the year the
market went down for the last two quarters hence resulting in delays in the closure for expected clients how ever
the number of meetings are still in a better position rather resulting in still having a healthy pipeline in hand and
have a greater number of warm and hot leads as compared to cold ones. However, there were new learnings
and achievements with new geographies.

2. What do you consider to be your most important achievements of the past year?
• Proven performing team.
• Exploring new geography
• Achievement by each executive trained under myself.
• Rectification of errors on timely manner with the team.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship within a team despite working remotely.

All elements of the job including team handling, lead generation, calling, meetings and closures are of my interest
which is the only reason why I am doing this job and returned to the same firm that I left a year ago.

Task – 1) To build a larger team to perform and rely on and focus on generation of a pipeline which is more
reliable of conversions.

Aim – To develop such a client base which can give me an opportunity to visit offshore and represent the
organization.

• In depth knowledge about how actually the work on projects is done phase by phase which can equip me
with even technical question handling resulting in a relief to management in attending each web meet
and might also help in future opportunities if for client visits.
