About the appraisal: A performance appraisal should be a positive experience. An appraisal provides a
formal, recorded, regular review of the appraisee's performance, and a plan for future development. The aim
is to obtain the best from the appraisee.

A1 State your understanding of your duties and responsibilities.

I have been associated with a lot roles which cut across Logistic, RMAs, and some assembles, and giving
assistance at the datacenter occasionally.

But I will concentrate on Logistic and RMA officer.

My duties and responsibilities includes

Nothing is difficult about my job so far.

Logistics Management: I’m responsible for managing the flow of goods and services in and out of the
organization, ensuring that all operations are efficient, effective, and timely. This includes monitoring,
coordinating shipments, and ensuring that orders are delivered on time.

Return Merchandise Authorization: I’m also responsible for managing the process of returning defective or
unwanted products to suppliers, ensuring that the process is efficient, effective, and timely. This includes
coordinating with suppliers, managing returns, and processing refunds or replacements.

Compliance and Reporting: I’m responsible for ensuring that all logistics and RMA operations are compliant
with company policies. This includes maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring that all
processes are auditable.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in logistics and RMA operations, and
implementing changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This includes
analyzing data, benchmarking against best practices.

Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal and
external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues. This includes ensuring that all parties
are informed about logistics and RMA operations, and that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

What elements of your job interest you the most, and least?

Everything about my job is interesting and awesome. I don’t have any element concerning my job that is
least interesting.
What do you consider to be your most important tasks in the next year?

That depends on my contract.

What action could be taken to improve your performance in your current position by you, and your
boss?

A couple of things.

a. Having adequate information concerning some application for certain RMAs issues.
b. Creating more efficient way for quick RMAs solutions.
c. Having necessary packing materials for RMAs.
d. Rearrangement of RMA room to create more space for effective operations and convenience.

What kind of work or job would you like to be doing in one/two/five years time?

I’m happy in this role. I will like to develop and improve as time goes on.

What sort of training/experience would benefit you in the next year?

I will like to take some professional courses on logistic. Especially on SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise
Management.

objective 1: Rearrangement of storage room


performance: Have been able to arrange the storage room for easier way to locate SO ( Sales Order).
Which has enable quick way to navigate Part numbers.

objective 2: Creating an efficient and effective Sorting System.


performance: When I arrived, all RMAs P/N are collected together in a box which makes it difficult to
navigate, caused missing RMAs returns. With my sorting box, I have been able to create a simple way to
eliminate lost RMAs, unrecorded RMAs, and quick navigation of all RMAs returns based on their P/N and
models.

objective 3: Solving the unsettled opened RMAs.


performance: During my two months stings at this role, have been able to resolve a lot backlog with my
supervisor. In which we have done significantly.

objective 4: Reduction in RMA waiting time.


performance: This has been a bit complicated because of different circumstances. Every vendor has
different policies. But have been able to reduced waiting time in a significant ways and of course this would
be improve has time goes on.
Objective 5: Rearrangement of RMA room.
Performance: Have spoken to Mr vinod, Jason and Arun on my intention to rearrange the RMA room for
efficiency. Most important to create more space and prevent disturbance in the main office during packing.

More objectives would be consider as time goes on and depending on the current situations.
