1. Daily Transport Duties
- Safely transported my boss and his child to work and school every weekday.
- Ensured the car was cleaned regularly and maintained in good condition for daily use.
- Assisted in light cleaning tasks at my boss’s home when required.
2. Office Support Tasks
- Assisted with general office cleaning and ensured the working environment was
neat and tidy.
- Acted as office messenger: ran errands, purchased food supplies and other items
needed for the office, and responded to ad-hoc tasks promptly and reliably.
3. Skill development
- Graphics design:
- Although I had no prior experience, I’ve started learning basic graphic design skills and
can now perform simple design tasks.
- I am continuing to practice and improve through tutorials and guidance from
colleagues.
- Website management:
- I had no background in this area, but I’ve started exploring website basics.
- I am still learning and will continue to seek support to understand how updates and
maintenance work.
4. Challenges
- Balancing multiple roles required careful time management, which I have been
working on improving.
- Adapting to new tasks like graphics and web management was initially difficult, but I
am committed to learn.
5. Support Needed
- Additional training or resources to enhance graphics design and website updating
skills would be beneficial.
6. Goals for next month (May)
- Continue improving my skills in graphic design and start contributing more
independently.
- Gain more understanding of website updating and applying knowledge to support the
company’s online presence.
- Maintain a high standard of transport, cleaning, and support duties.
Conclusion
This month has been a learning curve. I’ve remained committed to my responsibilities
while taking steps to grow in new areas. I look forward to continued growth and
contributing more effectively to the team.
