Notes for DCC to DCC submission
This Workflow is Document Control to Document Control Submission.
PMC DCC team will do the Quality Check of Document Number, Title, Revision, Discipline etc. if the submission is not complying with the
PMC/NEOM requirement, PMC DCC will provide QA-Rejected status and close the workflow without processing. Resubmission after QA-
Rejected will not affect Document Revision and it should be submitted same revision.
A Sub-workflow will be assigned by PMC (Bechtel) Document Management Team to the respective reviewers of PMC & NEOM.
No action required from the person who in the CC, you receive the copy to inform you that we have new submission and the relevant
person can start the review and wait for new workflow notification from Bechtel DCC team for Action.
Total two notifications Reviewer may receive for this workflow;
• First notification is this one, when documents submitted to PMC (Bechtel) for review
• Second notification when PMC close the workflow with final review outcome and comments.
Bechtel DCC will Select any of the following Outcome as per Lead Reviewer/Consolidator or NEOM recommendation.
A - Work May Proceed
B - Incorporate Comments - Proceed
C - Revise and Resubmit - Do Not Proceed
D - Rejected
E - Review Not Required - Proceed
F – QA Rejected
Note: Status “F - QA Rejected” shall be provided in following conditions:
• If the document or submittal does not comply with the document management requirement.
• If document/s are missing in the Submission/Workflow.
• If any error found in the Metadata (i.e. title, revision, type, discipline, contract, SO/WO, asset code, date, attachment, etc),
After QA Rejected, the resubmission of the document/s shall not affect/upgrade the revision number, and it should be submitted with the
same revision number.
