Dear Sir:

Good day!

I am writing this letter of justification to obtain endorsement from your office,you being
the approving authority of my Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF)
as part of the RPMS 2019, to consider my narrative report regarding on my teaching, as one of
the Means of Verification (MOVs) to be presented in my Portfolio.

The Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) has been implemented


already way back then. However, the modification regarding on the aforementioned system is
still new for us to adapt. Some teachers might not able to fast-track the adaptation and that
included me.

A Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet is considered to be the most important
MOV in rating my performance as a teacher. It is indeed one’s duty to take on such requirement.
I was not able to have the COT rating sheet until this school year ended. Therefore, a narrative
report about how I delivered my lessons would be the most suitable document to substitute the
COT Rating sheet.

The attached document is appealed to be true since it is being justified by trustworthy


individuals in the person of Mrs. Ma. Carmelita M. Laput, a colleague of mine in our department
and noted by our English Department Head – Mrs. Romina T. Culanculan.
