USG ABDOMEN / PELVIS
Liver is normal in echotexture & size.
Liverangioma of size 1.5 x 1.3 cm noted in right lobe of I
Intrahepatic biliary radicals appear normal.
portal vein & CBD appear normal.
bail bladder is well distended. There is no evidence of gall stones. Wall
thickness Is normal. No peri cholecystic collection seen.
Pancreas appears normal in size shape echotexture; no obvious focal lesion is
seen.
Spleen appears normal in size, shape echotexture, no obvious focal lesion seen.
Kidneys show normal size, shape & echotexture.
Right kidney measures 9.8 X 3.9 cms.
tet kidney measures 10.5 X 3.8 cms. Left proximal ureteric calculus of
size 14 x 7 mm approx 3 cm distal to left PUJ causing moderate proximal
hydroureter and hydronephrosis
There is no evidence of hydronephrosis, hydroureter or calculus on right side.
Cortico-medullary differentiation is maintained on both sides
No evidence of ascites/ lymphadenopathy is noted.
Urinary bladder is well distended. No obvious intrinsic lesion is noted.
Prostate appears grossly normal.
Both seminal vesicles are normal.
Appendix and bowel loops are normal.
IMPRESSION:
+ HEPATIC HEMANGIOMA ( 1.5 X 1.3 CM )
© LEFT PROXIMAL URETERIC CALCULUS( 14 X 7 MM) CAUSING MODERATE
PROXIMAL HYDROURETER AND HYDRONEPHROSIS.
