The direction have been issued by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court time to time not only to MCD,
but to the Delhi Police also to carry out the action of demolition and sealing, but instead of obeying these
orders the officials of MCD South Zone Green Park, ignoring the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, are
misusing their powers with the builder mafia in the interest of illegal constructions The action is neither taken
in paperwork, nor any practical action has been taken.

Mehta- 4677/1985 in IA No.50225 & 50226/2019

It is clearly stated in the order that strict action will be taken against the officer who got the
construction work done Notification no -J-13036/3/96DDIIB Government-of India-ministry-of-urban
Development.

Our NGO has conducted a survey on this illegal construction property in the area of House No-B-75
Pancheel Vihar Ward No. 88-S.

We have informed the senior Officials that so many illegal Construction are going on in these areas and on
this we also met personally with Dy. Commissioner Sh….. Sh-Vikas Gupta (E.E.- Bldg.-I) MCD-South Zone,
Green Park on this matter along with the updated photographs of these illegal residential property that are
going on in full Plot swing but unfortunately every time they just attend us with fake assurance of stern action
on it. It is pertinent to mention here that the builder mafia is carrying out illegal construction at war footing pace
ignoring all the precautions which need to be taken from civil engineering point of view
Sh-yasvant (AE-Bldg-I) say that we are here to give money to these people. VK Bhatiya CE- Bldg &
Mangal Singh To Commissioner to Secretry Sh-Ajay Aggarwal SE-Bldg-I And also give the month

Sh -Partyus (JE.- Bldg.-I) along with his One Private Belddar (……..) is totally busy in collecting huge
amount of money from owner / builder mafia in favor of their illegal construction

Thanking you in anticipation and hoping a stern action on these officials at the earliest possible.
