Ed Sheeran was born in 1991 in England and grew up supported by his parents in his musical ambitions. He began recording music while still in school and found early success with his single "The A-Team," which he continues to perform live and helped launch his career after a duet with Elton John at the Grammys in 2013. Sheeran has since released 5 albums and won a Grammy for "Thinking Out Loud," becoming very successful in the music industry while maintaining a down-to-earth personality.

Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran was born in Hebden Bridge, England, in 1991 on the 17 th of February. He has a
brother, Matthew who is two years older than him. His parents are John Sheeran and
Imogen Sheeran an art teacher and a jewellery designer. They supported him in his artistic
ambitions. He went to school in Framlingham. In 2005, while he was still studying he started
recording his music. His first bigger success was his single called The A-team. Which he still
plays at most of his concerts. In 2013 on the Grammy award ceremony Elton Jon performed
this song with him as a duet helping him to be better known by the public. In the same year
his song I see fire was part of the soundtrack of The Hobbit movie which was popular at the
time. He quickly became very successful in the music industry. In 2016 he won the Grammy
award for Thinking Out Loud. He’s a down to earth person despite being famous. He has 5
studio albums.
