TASK-2

It is often argued that whether working at the same company for the whole business life or changing
the company while developing a career is more adventurous. It is obvious that both have advantages
and disadvantages for people, but I would prefer to work for different companies at my working life.

Firstly, people that work at the same organisation for whole life would obviously gain respect from
both their co-workers and managers. This would increase the trust of the company against them.
While working at the same place for long time people would learn the system and the culture of the
company. These deep knowledge about the company would increase the responsibilities of them. On
the other hand, working at the same place for whole life would be boring for most of the people.

Secondly, changing work constantly would provide people better opportunities. Since they are not
committed, they are more likely to consider other perspectives. They can choose the ideal company,
so that this situation provides better positions and salaries. Since they do not feel commitment to a
company, they are more likely to think professional and mostly care about their personal benefits
instead of the goodness of the company. However, constantly changing organisation would provide
less friendship at the workplace. On the contrary, these friendships would not be deep and long term.
These kinds of people generally try not to have emotional connections with the people in the
workplace. Although, having less friends in the workplace is a choice, it is still a negative of changing
organisation for the whole working life.

To conclude, working at the same company for whole business life would provide people a known
habits in the workplace while having a reputation in the organisation, on the negative side it may be
boring for the long term. Changing the organisation provides people to think freely, self-cared and
professionally. In this type of career growth maybe people would earn more money and better
positions, however they could not feel like home and build new friendships. I would prefer the
second one, to build a career that I can change my company and evaluate the opportunities according
to my own benefits.
