Use of Name and Image
The name or image of the Client may not be used or associated either directly or indirectly, with
any product sale or service without prior wri en consent. Any requests for interviews
associated with promo on of the mee ng must be submi ed and agreed upon in
wri ng. Client must approve all marke ng materials.

Promo ons and Event Expenses

a) The Event Host is solely responsible for all opera ons and costs of their event and bears
all responsibility for the planning, execu on and liability of said mee ng.
b) The Event Host is solely responsible for promo ng the event. The Talent does not

 assume any responsibility for par cipa ng in promo on and or publicity of the event
other than that which is agreed to in wri ng.

Recording/Photography
a) There may be no audio or video taping broadcast, reproduc on or distribu on of any
part of the Client Presence.

b) Because of the sensi ve nature of the mee ng, Facebook Live and other live streaming is
prohibited.
