You are on page 1/ 4

Hello teacher, my name is Ngoc Linh. I come from Kon Tum, and I am 21 years old.

Now
I'm learning tourism and hospitality management at DA University. I'm a big fan of
movies, but I'm pretty bad at memorizing vocabulary. I hope I can pass this
communication 5 to grate on time.

TOPIC 1: Talk about your lifestyle. What do you want to adjust in your lifestyle to make it
better.
- Daily routine
- Sleeping habit
- Relaxing activities
- Medical problems

And today I will tell you about my lifestyle.

Improving your lifestyle seems like a big goal that everyone wants to achieve. It can be a little
difficult to change everything in your life at once, but you can make many small changes to
improve your physical and mental health.
I have many bad habits that are harmful to my health, such as staying up late, eating at the wrong
time, etc. I am trying to improve these habits every day because we all want to have good health.
simply because we can't buy it, even if we have a lot of money.
I think we need to stay healthy so that the virus that causes disease does not affect our health. I
will keep myself as healthy as possible by taking good care of myself.
Honestly, in order to maintain good health, I focus on two things, which are a reasonable diet and
exercise. I avoid junk food and increase my vegetable intake. I will eat breakfast often. I will
read books and listen to music instead of surfing the web to sleep on time

TOPIC 2: 2. Talk about how to have a long life. What do you often do to stay healthy?
- Daily routine
- Sleeping habit
- Relaxing activities
- Medical problems

TOPIC 3. Talk about a popular sport in your country / your favourite sport.
- How often do you watch/ play that sport?
- Tell the rules of the sport.
- Share your point of view on competition in sport

Like many other countries in the world, Vietnam is also actively involved in sports. In fact,
sports have played a very important role in Vietnam’s cultural field, and they're also essential to
its cultural development.
The sport that captures the attention and response of the Vietnamese people is football. People
prefer football to other sports because of the lively atmosphere it creates. They go wild when our
team wins a game. They even drive around honking and waving flags.
Each team will have 11 players on the field. Goalkeepers will stand to prevent opponents from
scoring goals. Each team must have a substitute player to replace the main player when he is
injured.
All of the players need to run on the field as long as the game continues. The players kick the
ball to one another to try to score a goal.
I frequently watch football on television with my father, and the team that scores more goals than
their opponents usually wins.
TOPIC 4. Talk about your interests and abilities in sports. Then talk about your plan to
join in a club:
- Your interest
- Your abilities
- Your plans to join in a club

I don't think I’m a big fan of sports, although I am. I'm not good at it, but I really like playing
sports. I'd like to go cycling and swimming because they are good for my health.
It refreshes my mind after a long day of hard work. I intend to return my swimming cards. I have
never been swimming before. But now I want to try it, maybe at the weekend.

I will go to the club to sign up. I think it will be very interesting. Maybe. I'll go to the club to
sign up this weekend, and I'm very excited to be a part of it. I hope I will have a good time with
this sport.
TOPIC 6.A foreign tourist asks you for advice when he travels in Danang. Give him/her
information about Danang transport and give him/her advice.
Last week, a foreign friend came to Da Nang to travel and asked me about the traffic and
transportation here. I gave her some advice so she could have a better vacation. I told her the
transport system in Da Nang is very developed. There are many private and public transportation
options on many routes.
Motorbikes and automotorbikes are the two most popular means of transport in Da Nang. If you
have a lot of luggage, you can take a taxi in Da Nang; there are also motorcycle rental services
that you can use to comfortably go sightseeing on the routes.
But the traffic system in Da Nang is quite complicated and frequent at rush hours. To avoid dust,
you can take the bus; it's the cheapest way to get around. I can do other things like read books
while sitting on the bus, and I told her the routes to be able to take the bus. With those tips, I
hope she has a good holiday.
TOPIC 7. Talk about the life of person that you know (e.i: a friend, a relative, a celebrity,
etc.).
Today I will tell you about the life of a famous person in Vietnam that you must have heard
about because it has been widely reported in major newspapers or on social networks for a long
time. That is Tran Khanh Vy; she is famous for her videos speaking 7 languages: Thai, Korean,
Chinese, Japanese, English, Italian, and Vietnamese, which attract millions of views and shares
on social networks.
Born on August 21, 1999, in Nghe An, she is a Vietnamese female vlogger, YouTuber, host, and
content creator.
In 2014, she passed the English class at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted with a total
score of 14th in the whole class. In 2017, she chose to major in International Relations at the
Diplomatic Academy.
With a passion for holding a microphone, at the end of November 2016, through an introduction,
Khanh Vy tried out for a job at the program "The World is Tilted," a digital TV channel. She
eventually became a collaborator for a television station's international news program and, most
recently, the MC for the show Road to Olympia.
Besides activities at the TV station, Khanh Vy also owns a YouTube channel, Khanh Vy
Official, with a huge following. In 2020, her YouTube channel reached 1 million followers.
The videos on MC Khanh Vy's YouTube channel mainly share useful English learning
experiences. Tips to improve English ability for everyone.
TOPIC 8.Talk about an event/ a story happened to you in the past?
My friend's birthday party was last Saturday night, and we went to a Korean restaurant to eat.
We were a group of about ten, and she invited several close friends, most of whom I had known
since college.
We met at the restaurant. I gave my friend a gift and a birthday card. We ordered some food, and
while we ate dinner, everyone talked happily. After the main course, the waiter brought out a
cake, and we sang happy birthday. Then everyone sat down to take pictures and eat cake.
That day makes me very happy because it allows me to unwind and catch up with friends after a
long day at work. I come home feeling full after a great meal.
TOPIC 9. . In your country, does anyone (e.g. the government, the police, charities, etc.) try
to change people’s behavior in protecting the environment?
What are some good ways to change people’s behavior? (e.g. TV advertising, making
people pay a fine)
Traffic and the environment are important issues, so the government always pays attention and
makes strict regulations on these issues.
The government urges people to protect their environment, plant more trees, and recycle waste.
Advise people not to smoke to protect themselves and the air.
The government imposes stringent traffic laws. Everyone must follow traffic rules, such as
wearing a helmet when participating in traffic. Do not drink alcohol while driving.
The government has done quite well in changing people's behavior so that the country becomes
better in the future.
TOPIC 10. Do you often recycle rubbish? Talk about recycling rubbish in your area.

- How often people recycle

- What people often recycle
- Some good ways to improve recycling things in your area

To protect the environment, I recycle every day. I separate the garbage in my house into paper,
plastic, and glass, then bring it to the recycling bin that is available in my area.
Along with this, I reuse items as often as possible. For example, by cleaning glass jars and small
pots, I can use them as storage containers for odds and ends.
To be honest, I think I'm going to recycle more and more in the future. as now I'm aware of the
importance of protecting the environment. I will try my best to reduce pollution, reuse materials,
and recycle as much as possible. In my country, however, everyone recycles. I hope that in the
future, a solution will be carried out to raise public awareness.
