Mosaic Scarf Set

The document provides instructions for creating a mosaic scarf using single crochet stitches and following a chart. It describes beginning with color A and chaining stitches plus a number to determine the width. The stitches outside the repeat frame are worked on the right and left edges only. A shell edging is then worked by skipping stitches and making 5 single crochets centered over pattern squares. The chart can be adapted for other items like blankets or pillows. Fingering weight yarn and a size D hook were used for the sample, which measures about 7 inches wide.
