MEMO

The document discusses a writ petition filed in the Federal Court of Indiana by the Indiana Federal Party challenging the election of Rijwa from the Tulur Constituency in Madarasa. Rijwa was already a member of the lower house of parliament for the Indiana Federal Party but missed 90 days of sessions and ran as an independent candidate in Madarasa. The petition argues Rijwa's election was invalid as he held another office when seeking the Madarasa seat.
