ABOUT THE SHELL/TRELLIS PATTERN
USED FOR THIS SHAWL
• Except for the very first and very last
row all rows are made up of arches of
ch5's and Shells as an alternative to
such an arch.
• Every odd row will start with a
StartingShell and end with an Ending
Shell.
• In even rows you will just work
arches.
• Except for the last row you will skip all
dc's.
• Every sc will either be skipped with an
Arch or you will work a shell into it.
