If the production date is 2012/06 (2012 = year, 06 = week) or old-
er, replace the door lock.
To avoid removing the door lock from the machine, you can look
inside the opening for the door-closing lever, instead. On old
locks there is a short fork, while new locks have a long fork (refer
to the following figures).

moved)

If the problem persists, replace the door lock again (occasion-
ally it may happen that even a new door lock fails).
3. Another issue may be the shape of the limits for turning of the
locking lever on the door. If too much paint deposits on the Figure 6
limits, then the actual angle of permissible turning of the lever
will not be enough and problems may appear. In such case Cut the limits as shown by red lines
usually the "Close Door" message appears when you want to
start a cycle.
To solve this problem, use a file to grind up to 1mm of the
limits (as shown on the photo by the red lines):

the door lock.
Insert a separate locking lever, turn left and start the
machine

tion 4. A “Close Door” message may also appear if the locking force
of the locking lever is too small. This may happen if the plas-
tic bottom of the door handle is cracked (see example on the
photo), and the bolt with spring and ball become loose. If so,
the ratchet inside the handle will jump over before the door is
actually closed.

You must disassemble the door handle to get access to the
limits. This process may cause the door handle cover to get
damaged as it is glued together. This will result in the need for
a new door handle cover.
To avoid that, first verify function of the door lock: Insert a
separate locking lever into the door lock, turning it into
locked position and starting the machine. THIS CAN ONLY
BE DONE BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL AS THE MA-
CHINE WILL RUN WITH AN OPEN DOOR! Repeat this
several times. If no error appears then it can be verified that
the limits are a problem and need to be cut. If the error ap-
pears while performing this test, then the door lock is the
