athletes

- To be honest, I prefer team sports to individual sports. it helps me develop teamwork and
collaboration. Team sports require players to communicate effectively, collaborate, and

skills such as leadership or cooperation. Besides, it also improves communication skill. For
example, when conveying strategies, providing encouragement or coordinating movements
with teammates.
- I prefer individual to team sports. I have the right to take full control of my training and
performance like I can set personal goals, develop their own strategies, and progress at their

free time and some of them even practice playing football at the stadium which is really

sport though it’s definitely a male-dominated pastime.

4. What sort of hobbies would you like to try in the future?
Well, If I have more spare time in the future, I will take up playing the guitar. Actually, I have
found this musical instrument interesting ever since I was a kid. It was after a classical concert
my dad took me to that inspired me, I was impressed by that performance and I thought:
“Wow, the guitarist was so talented.” Moreover, I think this hobby will make me happier and
relieve stress after a busy work schedule.
5. Is it harmful to spend too much time on a hobby
Yes, I believe that too much of anything is bad, so spending too much time on a hobby is no
exception. It can have certain adverse effects on people. Finally, you may end up not having
enough time for your priorities such such as family or work. For example, if one of your
hobbies is playing games, and you spend hours playing Plants vs. Zombies or Angry Birds,
then you will have little time for your studies and your social life. So, I think whether a hobby
has negative effects or not depends on how we spend time doing it.
