Subject : Request Letter for permission to clear the cricket ground

Sir,
This letter is to seek your permission to undertake the work of enhancing the
condition of our college's cricket ground for the upcoming Red Tennis Tournament
scheduled for the 21st of October. To achieve this objective, we intend to engage a
team of 4 workers/laborers whose expenses will be covered by our alumini Srijan
Tiwari, a 2015 graduate in mechanical engineering. This team will work under our
supervision for a two-day period to perform the initial ground cleaning
Kindly grant permission and support for the endeavor.
