A DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH 2
I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the Grade 2 pupils with
70% accuracy should be able to:
a. identify and name the 26 letters of the English alphabet;
b.write and trace each letter of the alphabet; and
c.express interest and enthusiasm in participating in alphabet-
related activities.

fundamental building blocks of written language.
B.Topic: Reading the Alphabets of English
C. Skills:
●Identification and naming of letters.
●Sequencing and recalling the order of letters
●Writing and tracing letters.
