Respected Maharaj,
I, Prajat Simlai, a student of your college (UG-II), of
chemistry department, roll no-270, would like to draw your attention that, I
have recently got an opportunity to participate in a summer internship
program arranged by Indian Institute of Science Education and Research
(IISER) Mohali from 2nd June 2024 to 16th July 2024. The screenshots of the
Emails for confirmation and date fixing have been attached with this letter.
As 2nd June to 30th June will be under Summer vacation, so
it requires no extra grant. As per our college Diary, our college will reopen after
2024 summer vacation on 1st July. So I request a grant of leave from 1st July
to 16th July as I am going to the pre-mentioned summer project. I will rejoin
my scheduled classes from 17th of July onwards positively.
Please grant my leave and oblige.
