Dear Sir/Madam,

I Ibrahim David Conteh Principal of the above mentioned School am delighted to write this
letter to recommend admission of Mr. Abu Yusif Kargbo for the Masters of Computer and
Information Engineering course at your esteemed institution.

I have worked with Mr. Abu Yusif Kargbo for the past four (4) years while he joined as an
Information and Communication Technology Teacher in September 2019 and since then, he
has been diligent, hardworking, and innovative. I was blessed to be his Principal/School
Administrator and Mr. Abu Yusif Kargbo joined us as teacher during third year at the University
and he continue with us after completing his bachelors’ in Software Engineering with
Multimedia.

One of Mr. Kargbo’s prominent strengths lies in his unique leadership abilities. There was an
instance when I had hired two teachers and whenever they encountered any problem or
confusion regarding their teaching subjects or with the pupils, Mr. Kargbo always guided them
towards the right approach to achieve the desired objective. He helped them prioritize very
important areas in the syllabus that were allotted to them and were in the best interest of the
pupils and school. As they were new in the classroom, they were struggling to cope with the
syllabus and adjust with the classroom ethics and behavior with a Due-diligence perspective.
Mr. Kargbo explained to them about the classroom behavior, ethics and how to interact with
the pupils and how it impacts the teaching outcome, significantly helping them in developing
the required thought process.

Furthermore, Mr. Kargbo is an extremely organized and self-motivated individual and has
excellent communication skills. We have pupils from different backgrounds, cultures, and
experiences but he managed to get in pretty well and established a good rapport. He made
sure he communicated clearly with the pupils, parents and co-teachers and maintained the
timeliness of our deliverables. R. Kargbo demonstrated his oral articulateness in all discussions
and focused on solving any queries or issues that arose. He always explained his views
succinctly and gave supporting arguments that were both clear and persuasive. Through his
effective skills, we always managed to have one of the best results in both internal and external
examinations.
When he started his job, he used to be silently observing the procedures and asked the right
questions to understand the whole system from which the school operates and gradually
started taking initiatives to improve the ways of working and the timelines. He likes to challenge
himself and sets goals that may seem difficult to others but the leader and the executor in him
know how to take things forward and make them work.

Despite all his strengths, Mr. Kargbo tends to be a perfectionist, which could be counted as
one of his weaknesses. There was a time in February 2022 during our annual school sports
meet and Mr. Kargbo was the sports committee chairman, due to his concern to ensuring that
everything is done correctly, he ended up doing every small thing himself and struggled to
delegate tasks. He took the challenge "if you want something done right, do it yourself" too
seriously. This made him put too much pressure on himself and ended up slowing down things.
He self-realized this mistake when the sports almost commenced late. Eventually, he took steps
to fix this problem by ensuring that the February 2024 annual sports meet he involved staff in
the school. Also, she started trusting his colleagues and assigning them work.

Mr. Kargbo’s working style and efforts changed a lot in our school and the marks made by him
will always remain with us. When he expressed his desire to go for higher studies as he wants
to increase his technical skills, everyone felt that he was on the right course. He deserves to
get in-depth practical and professional knowledge/skills as he can really use that knowledge
benefitting the subject, institution, community, and surroundings to say the least.

I am confident that Mr. Kargbo will thrive in your master’s degree program and emerge as a
more resourceful and capable professional. His dedication to continuous improvement and his
commitment to excellence make him an ideal candidate for higher education. I strongly
recommend him admission to your esteemed university and look forward to seeing him
emerging as a more resourceful person as higher education opportunities at a world-class
