1. Eat well, exercise regularly, get rid of bad habits you could find yourself enjoying your 90th
birthday and beyond.
2. Regular exercise is not only good for the body but also the brain.
3. Which is a scientifically sound and rational way of life that promotes both physical and
emotional well-being.
4. And what we need to do more is limiting alcohol consumption, staying up all night, using
stimulants... to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
5. Healthy lifestyle which simply means doing things that make you happy and feel good.
6. Regular check-ups is important so that we should pay attention to it.
7. Young people nowaday tend to eat oily food, street food that would do your health a
disservice.
8. It is the fact that everyone lives in life has wanted to live along, but the expectation of
human life is more and more short.
9. You shouldn’t relax by the Internet, it only makes your eyes and your brain tired.
10. We should control the amount of information on nutrition available, eat more fruits and
vegetables to provide more vitamins and minerals to our body as well as drink plenty of
water or green tea instead of whichever contains caffeine, gas, alcohol may affect
negatively our health conditions.
11. But how to build a healthy lifestyle?
12. A healthy lifestyle, which is a good lifestyle, includes having a healthy diet, regularly
moving, exercising, improving health, having good health both physically and mentally….
13. A person who has a healthy lifestyle will live happier than a person who hasn't one.
14. The second fact that you should eat in moderation.
15. That is not only the secret to helping us to live longer, but also to make us younger and
become more gorgeous.
16. Shouldn’t eat fast food which is grassy and has a lot of fat and calories, makes easy for you
to gain weight.

18. Always think optimistically, do not be too negative and sad when you broken up with
boyfriend or girlfriend, can’t find a job,....
19. Try doing some breathing exercises (Adv) whenever you are worried may be a good way to
avoid it.

system works more effectively.
21. Furthermore, whenever we spend time with our family or friends makes us feel happy
every single day and contribute to our healthy life.
22. If we have condition, it’s much better for us to play some sports such as football, basket
ball, badminton,.... or simply go jogging, walk to work office.

body.
24. One of the secrets help us live longer is to keep ourselves away from negative thoughts
and towards positive ones.
25. Many old and healthy people live in Okinawa where has the highest percentage of
centenarians said that the secret to live longer was always positive and let your mind relax.
