32Mr.Rondina said to the body that he will announce later the details and committees of graduation after he
33prepares it.

35Fr.Tyron inform each department that the deliberation was composed by the Principal,Academic
36Coordinator,Year level coordinator,and subject teacher.
37Mr.Rondina request each department to refer the criteria in selection of extra curricular in the Handbook.
38Ms.Espaltero ask about the schedule and list of awards.
39Mr.Rondina presented the previous schedule which April 24 & 25 , 2024 and it was change into
40April 4 ,2024 for the elementary department deliberation and April 5 , 2024 for the Junior and Senior High
41School department deliberations.
42Graduation Ball
43Mr.Rondina inform everyone that the graduation ball was on 22nd of April , 2024 and the approved theme
44 was Gatsby.
45Mrs.Falcasantos also inform everybody that in her department all parents and students approved the payment
46and the theme.
47Inter-Area Meet (Elementary and High School)
48Fr.Tyron announces that the schedule of the Junior High Schoool Inter-Area Meet was on April 17-20,2024
49and the venue was at NDDU General Santos City.He also inform the body that the elementary inter -area
50meet was on April 29 , 2024 and was hosted by the school.
51Department Updates
52Ms.Gambe give updates for the three departments the Elem,JHS and SHS about the following schedules
53March 19 , 2024 submission of 4th monthly exam and TOS,March 25-27, 2024 was the schedule of the 4th
54monthly exam,April 8 , 2024 Submission of Final Examinations and TOS and April 17,18 & 19,2024
55schedule of final examinations of the graduating and honor students.

55Ms.Banares inform the body about the NAT examination of Grade 12 and it was schedule on March 20-
5621,2024.
57Library Updates
58Mrs.Enrile inform the teachers to please see the library to evaluate available books .

59Mrs.Falcasantos inform everyone about the SHS activity the Immersion culmination on April 5 , 2024 60and
70the final defense of the G12 students on April 11-12 , 2024.
71Principal’s Time
72Fr.Tyron reminded everyone about the schedule of NDEA exam and they need to review the students.He also
73reminded them about the books to be evaluated. He inform the body about the new schedule of opening of
74classes on July 22 , 2024 for the S.Y 2024-2025.He also announces that the SHS department will used the
75quipper for the next school year.Fr.Tyron inform the advisers to please refrain from being late.He also
76reminded everyone about the following: Faculty room and aircon filter to keep it clean always,to see to it
77students in the classroom always arranged their chairs before leaving their classroom and that garbage
78are thrown in the garbage area. He also reminded that if there was shorten of period inform the canteen and
79 the business office.
80.Fr.Tyron announces that he will provide rocking chair to each department for them to take a nap in their
81vacant time. He announces that water vendo in the canteen was temporarily pulled out and Fr.Tyron said that
82he will find other way about the water vendo.
83Fr.Tyron evaluates about the commemoration and that he congratulate everyone.
84Fr.Tyron give each department a new calendar of activities in April and May 2024.He also inform everyone
85that on March 18-21 , 2024 was the schedule of Demo Teaching.
86The meeting ended at 3:08 in the afternoon with a prayer led by Mr.Someros
