Lighting Information: Solutions:

The area is a natural lit setting with minimal No issues having a clear open lighting
coverage that would disturb the lighting
produced as it's an open area.

Sound Information: Solutions:

This place is an incredibly tourist dense area As there is no recorded sound in my film this
therefore sound would be a major issue if it isn’t an issue
wasn't for my production being around 95%
narration, the only minor issue that the sound
information would bring up is it simply being
very distracting when trying to film.

Power Information: Solutions:

As the area is tourist dense there are many No solution needed as there are appropriate
public spaces such as cafes/restaurants that I can power supplies in this area
charge any equipment required

As this area is very busy/tourist dense there is and locate the least busy area to avoid any doubt

Clearances and Confirmations

You need confirmation emails from everyone that is featuring in your music video/short film.

If you are filming somewhere that requires permission, please obtain permission and paste the
confirmation below.
Contingency Plan
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back up actors,
locations and equipment do you have?

If my actress can’t make a particular date, I will ensure I have another back up
actress I intend to use for that specific character. This person will additionally
help me with filming and any set ups it requires. I will be using my friend
Sophia Lemoniatis for this back-up role, as we are assisting each other through
out filming and therefore she will be on set at all times in case there are any
last-minute changes.
I have already hired and brought all my equipment required however if there are
any prior issues with the battery or simply a fault, I have made sure to purchase
another Camcorder/Handy Cam specifically for the filming dates required.
When filming out in the open and the equipment check is all fine in terms of
footage recording equipment, I will bring more than one battery for that
particular that piece of recording equipment that I can accordingly put in the
camera in case the battery dies when I don’t have direct access to any sort of
charging point/electricity line.
Location wise, this is the least significant factor in terms of accessibility and not
being able to get there, as I plan to film my production locally or if further
afield none of these filming locations require any immediate permission. For
those that do require permission I will make sure to include a screenshot of the
permission I have received in an physical email format that
provides evidence I have permission to film there. I will ask for
this permission prior to filming to ensure that I there is no surprise
or denial in regards to if I can film, which would ultimately
disturb the plan I had scripted visually in terms of the location.
