O
rgasm (climax, coming) is the peak of sexual pleasure during
sexual activity. Intense pleasure is accompanied with faster
heartbeat, faster and heavier breathing, and contraction of
genital muscles.

After reaching one orgasm, woman can have another one if stimulated
well while man needs a certain and variable recovery time.

Intense sensation of pleasure while orgasming is the result of the

activity of several psychoactive hormones secreted in the body. General
euphoric sensation is felt due to secretion of hormones such as
adrenaline, dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, estrogen, oxytocine and
others.

Clitoral stimulation is the easiest way for a girl to achieve orgasm since
there are more than 6,000 nerves in such a small organ.. Only around 20
percent of women does not need clitoral stimulation and can reach to
climax only with penetration.

Women’s orgasm typically last longer than men’s, average lasting of

woman’s orgasm is 20 seconds. In that period of time, physical

manifestations are series of rhythmic muscular contractions of pelvic

muscles, vagina, anus and uterus. Some woman will start to blush.
Nipples contract.

Evolutionary importance of female orgasm is seated in keeping female

in horizontal position, so the sperms have more time to find their way to
the egg. Contractions of female genital organs are helpful for the same
purpose.

Multiple orgasm

S
ome women (and very rarely men) do not have to stop having
sex after the orgasm. In other words, there is no refractory
period. This is the condition where another orgasm can happen
after the previous one in a very short period of time.

Second orgasm may be more intense or more pleasurable due to

accumulation of the sexual stimulation. Contrary to this, for some
women subsequent climaxes are not likely to happen because their
nipples and clitoris tend to be very hard and extremely sensitive after
the first orgasm.

How will you know is your girl the first or the second type? There are
only two options. First one is to ask her before the sex whether she
loves or hates prolonged sex play after she achieves the orgasm. The
second option is to try and see what happens. If she asks you to stop, or
you see that she is not comfortable any more with what you are doing
to her, just stop touching her intimate parts and start cuddling her. Is
you see that she enjoys the action and starts to climb to the top of the

Female ejaculation

F
emale ejaculation (shejaculation, squirting, gushing, cumming) is
the fluid expulsion from the genital area during the orgasm. This
fluid defers from urine, but it can contain traces of urine and
contains water, glucose, creatinine, urea, nitrogen, potassium, sodium,
chloride, chemical prostate markers (PSA - prostate specific antigen, PAP
- prostate acid phosphatase and PSAP - prostate specific acid
phosphatase). The amount of fluid is from few millilitres up to few
hundreds millilitres.

The source of the fluid is yet to be discovered. It is believed that the

origin of the fluid is Skene’s glands. The fluid is expelled to the outside of
the body through paraurethral openings. Not all women have Skene’s
glands. This is the reason why some girls can and others can’t
shejaculate.

Skene’s glands can be stimulated by applying a light pressure to the G-

spot on the frontal wall of the vagina. These glands are also known as
female prostate gland. They are located (if there are any) around the
urethra.

You can make your lady shejaculate, assuming that she is the kind with
Skene’s glands, i.e. the anatomically and physiologically predicted for

squirting. Before the sex, ask her to empty her bladder just to make her
relaxed about concerns that it might be urine (and it is not, as far as we
know by now). After that, turn her on. You know how to do that, there
are a lot of advices you can find in the “Learn to lick”. When she is really,
really hot, find her G-spot. Do not forget to use a lubricant.

You can massage the G-spot with your fingers, penis or some kind of sex
toy (dildo). Movements should be rhythmic and gentle. The best way
could be to put your fingers inside the vagina and touch the frontal
vaginal wall with as bigger surface of your fingers you can. She might
feel the urge to urinate, but that is the feeling she needs to keep for a
while, and eventually it will turn into great, sexually pleasurable feeling.
This phase of overcoming her fear of urinating is the major milestone in
the way to female ejaculation.

Apply light pressure to this part and then make that pressure lighter,
then stronger, then lighter, stronger, lighter... Follow her pace, she will
give you some kind of signs whether to speed up or slow down a bit.
Best thing would be if she is the type of a person who likes to talk freely
about sex so you can ask her openly to navigate you. And don’t forget
to keep the clean towel or napkins near the bed. ;-)

Prolonged orgasm

Women are programmed for more than one orgasm in one sexual
intercourse. Use it. You can make her cum several times during one
night.
It might not be the multiple orgasm, but it can also be one orgasm after
orgasm after orgasm during your sex play with her. We have learned
every important things about the atmosphere, foreplay, positions,
techniques, etc. You have grasped the knowledge on how to make your
lady cum, here are several advices on how to do it again and again after
the first orgasm.

Use enough of lube. Never permit your fingers to be dry. This will
protect her vagina from getting the sensation of unwanted pain and
injuries.

Never ever be in a hurry to make her cum. NEVER!!! Not just it won’t
help it happened, but it will make things go in totally reversed way.
Instead of making her hot, it will turn her down. Make it very slowly at
the beginning, the time to hurry up will come, and she will show you the
