INGREDIENTS

½ cup whole milk


½ cup cream
3 tbs sugar or 1tbs condensed milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup salt
Lots of Ice Cubes

DIRECTIONS 1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract to a mixing cup and stir until well combined.
2. Add the mixture to a small zipper bag. Be sure to use a quality brand.
3. Create the ice cream maker using another zipper bag, one that is much
larger than the bag with your ice cream mix in it.
4. Fill the bigger bag with a couple handfuls of ice and about half of the salt.
5. Be sure to use a quality brand of zipper bag until the liquid in the smaller
bag turns into ice cream.

Now place the smaller bag inside the


larger bag. Cover it with more ice and
the rest of the salt.
Now its time to shake! Wrap the bag
in a towel, because it is very cold, and
shake it for 5 minutes or until the
liquid in the smaller bag turns into ice
cream.
6. You can scoop it out but hey, just
eat it out of the bag. It is less
cumbersome

METHOD

In this method, you make an ice cream base


which comprises of adding two basic items to
give you an ice-cream base which can then
be modified into any flavour of your choice
and this can be done using a blender or mixer

PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINS

400ml cold sweetened


condensed milk
1 Cup (500ml)cold whipping
cream, heavy cream
For best results ingredients must be cold at the point of use

DIRECTIONS

Beat cold heavy cream on


medium using a mixer until stiff
peaks form.
Turn down the speed a little
and pour the condensed milk
into the whipped cream.
Add vanilla Extract
Now turn the speed back up
again and whisk until the
mixture is thick and stiff peaks.

Now you have your ice cream
base you can add in your
flavour preferences.
Scoop a batch of Ice-cream
base into a bowl.
Add your flavour mix fold in
gently
Place in a large resealable
container and freeze at least 6
hours or overnight before
eating. Keep for up to 2 weeks.

250 ml cold sweetened


condensed milk
1 Cup(500 ml )cold whipping
cream, heavy cream

DIRECTIONS
Pour your whipping cream into the
blender and blend on low until stiff peaks
form.
Pour out your whipped cream into a bowl
Add vanilla Extract into the whipped
cream.
Add condensed milk and fold gently
using a spatula.
Now you have your ice cream base you
can add in your flavour preferences.

VARIATIONS
USING A BLENDER
INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION TIME: 10MINS


1 cup of frozen fruit of choice
1 cup of cream
3 table cup of powdered milk
1/2 Cup whole milk
¼ cup sugar brown or ¼ Condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla Essence

(If you use condensed milk, you can skip the whole milk)
