Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST THE HDFC BANK, ITS EMPLOYEES,
AND DEBT RECOVERY AGENTS AND AGAINST OTHER
UNKNOWN EMPLOYEES
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Shailendra Tripathi, hereby want to bring the following facts to your kind
notice with a request for immediate action to register the Complaint and FIR
against the HDFC Bank (herein referred to as the ‘Accused Bank’, its
employees/associates/recovery agents namely ‘and lawyer of the Accused
Bank ‘ and another unknown employee (herein collectively referred as the
‘Accused Persons’)
1. On,13/ I received a threatening call from an Unknown person who
claimed to be a Sub-Inspector from Delhi crime branch. However, I
have a great apprehension that he is not a real police officer. The
conversation was mental harassment for me as he was giving me
threaten of being arrested by the police right away right now and
also tried to time-bound me. He went to such an extent of
threatening as he shared the NBW number “NBW315/2023” with me
to make this real. Then in a very cunning and manipulative manner,
he gave me an option if I want to save myself, I have to speak to a
person and that person claimed to be a lawyer of Patiala Court also
he gave me the contact number (09873060976) of that lawyer. Since
I am a lay·man to save myself, I called the lawyer because I was
under the apprehension that the police are coming to arrest me.
Then I spoke to that lawyer.
2. That, the lawyer also spoke to me in a very manipulative way, as he
was majorly focusing on his detailed introduction of himself as he is
the lawyer of Lok Adalat and also on the non-execution of NBW and

tried to threaten me of being arrested by telling me the definition of
NBW and also told me that ‘If I get arrested then till 6 months, I am
not entitled to get bail’. and then eventually he told me that there is
only one solution to save myself, I have to speak to an unknown
person who claimed to be the legal manager of the accused bank
named Sachin Dixit as if he sends a settlement email to the lawyer
then only the lawyer will withdraw NBW issued against me and also
ask the police to not to execute the NBW. And for that purpose, he
shared the contact details (7838484133) of the legal manager of the
accused bank with me.
3. The only option I left was to have a call with the legal manager so I
called him but while the conversation he started misbehaving with
me. I urged him that if there is any amount left, I will clear that
amount within 2 to 3 hours but he told to me to settle the amount
right away right now otherwise I will be arrested and also said ‘You
can do suicide’. The entire conversation was so horrible and it
completely destroyed my peace of mind.
4. That, everything is staged. It seems like it is not the real scenario.
The identity of the police officer is posing by an unknown person.
Because the duty of a police officer is to keep all the information
private and do their investigation privately rather than here the
police officer called me and gave me information regarding NBW and
also share details of the concerned lawyer for non-execution of NBW
which is prohibited. This strengthens the case that the entire thing
is planned.
5. After having a conversation with the legal manager of the accused
bank it’s pointed out that either they all are recovery agents of the
bank or any other unknown person who is not the police officer,
lawyer and legal manager as they claimed. Even I am not sure about
the names they used but I have the contact details of all these
persons that I produced in this police complaint.
Therefore, in this background, I, report herein the offenses
committed and request the concerned Police Officers and Authorities
to register the FIR and investigate the matter as per law and take
strict action against the accused person so that the same thing will
not be repeated. And I have full faith in the judicial system and will
seek justice in this matter. In case further details are required, the
same shall be provided upon hearing from you.
