The location is easily accessible as my scout already hire the hall out every week as that is where our
weekly meeting happen. And because it his hired to us I don’t need permission to film at the location.

This location will be used constantly throughout the documentary since it is the main
place where everything will be happening as it is our weekly meeting place for 3rd
Orpington scout troop. This location consist of a hall with a stage which will be the
main location for the main part of the documentary. To be able to film at this location
and to film the scouts will mean that I will have to ask the leaders for there permission
and the scouts permission too. The Hazards that are at this location is that there are
benches around the edge of the hall so this could be a trip hazard if I am walking
around with a camera then this could lead to me getting hurt or breaking the camera.
Access: The location is easy accessible
since there is a district event happening there and as a explorer unit we can hire some
part or activity with in the site. With this location I will have to ask the campsite if it
is okay to film I will also have to ask the district since I will be filming at a district
event.

This Location is in the middle of frylands wood, these woods are very densie with
campsite pitches in between then. This Site will be used during the scouts od steel so
this means that it will be a district event, this means that I will have to get permission
from the district team to be able to film at this advent. During this event it will be the
only time that I will be using this location. The reason I have chosen this event to film
as this only happens once every 2 years, so this is a good event to show non scouts
what the possible things that they could do if they joined scouts. The safety things
with this site is that it is very muddy and wet so therefore it could be slippery and if
water gets on the camera then it could be a problem.
Access: The location will have to be hired out with and instructor due to the fact that
the explorers are not allowed to climb with out one due to the Scouting risk
assessments and Headquarters rules.

This location is a public location so therefore I will need permission to film at the
location, this means that I might have to fill out a form to say if I get injuried or if my
equipment it is my fault. This location is a big location so the locations that I am
filming will all depend on where the instructor has the explorer climbing. The reason I
have chosen this place to film as it is a very impressive place to climb in since the
climbing walls go up to the celling. The main health and safety risk is if I am fliming
and someone falls, therefore they could land on me or my equipment depending on
where they fall.
Access: The access to this location will be easy as this a public place as it is the river
Medway, this means that the only peoples permission that I need to get is the people
that are going to be in the clip.

This Location I will be using for the river medway since this is where as a group we
go paddleboarding as it is a calm part of the river and it is a safe place to do it. It
acivitie I will not need to ask permission to be able to film there since at the time that
we are there with will be very little public but if there is any members of public then I
will ask them if they mind being flimed. The health and safety concerns will be
someone falling in or depending on where I am fliming from then it would be me
slipping and possibly damaging equipment.
Access: The access to the place will be easy as it is another scout site therefore we
will have to hire this site for this clip. Therefore I will just need permission from the
leaders to be able to film in this location.

This location is a scout site so therefore only scout groups can hire it out, this means
that I will need to get permission from the site to be able to film there. This site
consists of a massive camping field, hut and woods with a campfire circle. In this
location I will be filming things around the campfire and I will also be filming the
wide game in this location as it is a controlled area to be able to film.
