PROCEDURE

1.INSPECT FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY 23300

Component without harness connected

(Level Warning Switch)
*b Level Warning Switch Connector

Inspect the level warning switch.


i. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
Tester Specified
Condition
Connection Condition
Float at upper
Below 1 Ω
end position
3-4
Float at lower 10 kΩ or
end position higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel filter assembly.

b. Inspect the clogging switch.


i. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel filter assembly.
