CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that Mr. Efren B. Vallecera is a probationary employee of JK Essentials


Corp. from September 4, 2023, up to the Present, holding the position of Warehouse Helper.

Mr. Vallecera has requested a leave of absence from work, which has been approved by our
company. The purpose of their absence is for personal and family reasons, and it is scheduled to
begin on 24 January 2024 and end on 31 January 2024.

We anticipate that Mr. Vallecera will return to work on 1 February 2024 upon the conclusion of
her approved absence.
