Subject: Letter for Offer

This has reference to your application for a position in Medical Coding Department and the
Subsequent Personal interview you had with us.

Further to our discussions, we are pleased to offer you the post of “Network Administrator”
in our organization & your Salary will be 10,000/- p.m.

We will appreciate you joining us at our office in Chennai on or before the 4th of September.
You would be issued an appointment letter along with the Salary Structure on the day of your
joining the Organization

You would be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the time of joining our
Company. You will also have to submit the following documents at the same time:

 Relieving letter and Service certificate from the last employer


 Copy of your Degree Certificate
 Proof of Age and
 2 passport size color photos
 Salary slip / Pay stub.

As a token of your acceptance, please sign the duplicate copy of this Letter of Offer and
hand over the same to the undersigned.
