2. General recommendation and procedure
a. POOH ESP
i. POOH with tubing hanger to surface and L/D. (Reported THGR situation)
ii. After unset the packer, start filling the well thru trip tank and check losses
iii. Before B/O TRSV, need to open and check there is no trapped pressure, or need to pump 5-10 m³ of completion fluid
iv. L/D all TRSV Assy (TRSV need to be sent to manufactured company by Pick Up)
v. POOH String & L/D 3½'' Tbg in single
vi. Never move the ESP string till on ESP guy on surface
vii. Count all POOH Joints
viii. Use proctor While P/U or lay down
ix. Call FIC directly when you got anomaly like damage in cable of missing clamp , hole in the tubing etc. ….
x. Use Safety clamp with last 20 joints.
xi. All POOH joint should be store away from working Zone ( No-Norm test has been done)
xii. Driller has to monitor the String Wt. ( if got Drag of Over pull call FIC/Zfod directly
xiii. X-over to TIW have to be on rig floor ( check it by hand and confirm its adequate)
xiv. Cont. filling the well thru Trip tank and prepare trip sheet.
xv. Check ESP and perform quick view, check the max OD of retrieved ESP
xvi. A hole cover must be used at all times to prevent dropped objects falling into the well
b. Slickline
i. Remove bell nipple and mouse hole boot
ii. Rig to be on top of 13-5/8" Annular BOP
iii. Confirm ID of flange is enough to pass the GC
iv. start filling the well thru BOP kill line and check losses, NEVER stop filling
v. R/U SL PCE on top of Annular BOP & P/T to 2000 psi
vi. ** Keep Blind ram close while R/U SL
vii. RIH SL with 5.9" GC BHA and check BPTD, Confirm depth with FIC & Zfod CM
viii. ** Monitor tools weight while pass TOL @ 2157 m
ix. POOH SL to surface & R/D PCE
x. Install Bell Nipple and mouse hole, resume fill the well thru Bell Nipple
xi. • Only SL Spv is responsible to instruct the driller to close BOP.

2. Mud Tanks
 Derrick man to keep all mud tanks fully.
 check all chemical materials on location, inform WSL directly 2 days before any required materials
 Keep add additive to mud tanks as per program
2. Pipe Handling
- During crew change meeting, please have quick reminder with all rig crew about the pipe handling procedure.
- NO one stay in or near the catwalk during PU / DP.
- Floor man to have enough distance (save distance) when he push the TBG joint to the V-door.
- Driller to have a look on the V-Door & Catwalk camera BEFORE P/U or L/D DP.
 ** Drift each Joint before RIH(Never M/U new jt to the string till confirm the drift on the rig floor, never keep more than one on rig floor).
