I. RATIONALE
Graduation rites mark the transition from one phase of life to another. It signifies the end of the
student's academic journey and the beginning of a new chapter. It is a time to recognize their hard
work, dedication, and commitment to learning over the years. It allows students to reflect on their
accomplishments and feel a sense of pride in their academic achievements.
This Graduation Rites is anchored with the Deper Order No. 34 s. 2022 and focus on the theme,
“Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation” which highlights that every
learner’s achievement mirrors an education that succeeds amid all difficulties.

A.5 Activity Rationale:
Every year the school holds Moving Up and Graduation Rites to formally recognize the outstanding
performance and achievement of learners in academic, leadership, social responsibility,special
awards and other aspects of learners development.
A.6 Objectives:
*To recognize and celebrate the achievement of learners by conferring diplomas/certificate during
Graduation /Moving Up Ceremony.
*To inspire and motivate graduates through engaging and impactful guest speeches.
*To create a sense of community and connection among graduates, families, faculty and staff.
A.7 Expected Output
*Production and Distribution of Moving Up and Graduation Rites Programs, Certificates and other
materials associated with the ceremony.
*Documentation (Capture and preservation of photographs , videos or recording of the graduation
ceremony for the archival purposes or for sharing with graduates and their families.
*Awarding of Diplomas and Certificates to the following learners
