Architects Fee is based on percentage Basis through Understanding Scope of Services
Out station site visit charges - 10,000 per day
Unit Cost: 12% of the project cost
Project Cost 1 crore (5000 sft x 2000/-)
Architect fees 12,00,000 (Total - 5000 Sft)
Architectural fees - 11.5 Lakhs (Average project tenure - 10 to 12 months)
