Good afternoon class. I’m Tien.

Welcome to my presentation, today I’m so pleased to


stand here talking with all of you. I’d reckon that all of you know what topic I’m going
to talk about this afternoon (yes about my dream house). My presentation is divided
into parts. Ok let’s get started. As you know, each of us has at least one dream. In
addition to my dreams of clothes, money, beauty,… I also have the dream of a house
(yes this is my dream house. Let’s take a look at it)
1. Structure
 Inside: it will include
- A living room (consists of bookshelves, a TV , sofa, etc.)
- 4 bedrooms (1 for my parents, 1 for my younger sister,1 for me and
another for relatives and friends when they stay there on their visit)
- 1 kitchen
- 3 bathrooms
- A store house
- A garage
 Outside
- A terrace
- Balconies
- A big garden
- Swimming pool
 The house will definitely cover a big square in order to be a one - storey
house. Actually I choose one - storey house because I feel so scared to
live in a house with many floors and it’s so tiring to climb the stair cases
 I’ll build a swimming pool behind my house and it’ll be big certainly
 The highlighted point of the house is my garden. I’ll spend most of the
square for the garden since I want it to cover the surrounding of my
house. The garden will be the place for growing some fruit trees, flowers,
shade trees, vegetables and so on. I just need a colorful garden.
2. Style
- About the tone of the house, I’m interested in grey, white and a little bit of
orange. The walls outside will be paved with rocks and the ones inside is
made of oak wood. I choose oak wood because it has some benefits such
as durable, cozy, good water resistant properties,…And the roof will be
orange. I’d like it to look vintage on the outside. But opposite to it, I want
it to seem to be modern and full-equipped inside. That’s for the living
room and the ouside.
- But the style of each person’s room will be up to their interest. For
example: My bedroom will overwhelm in pink and white
- Generally, the house’s style is European.
3. Ideas
- Truly, the house’s style is not completely made by me. I’ve watched a
Youtube channel from Chinese about life in the countryside. The girl lives
her life on every natural things she has in the garden like tomatoes,
strawberries, peach, vegetables, they are all taken from the garden. I’m
fond of that kind of life so that I said a big garden of my house will be a
highlighted point
4. Conclusion
- In short, I think I don’t really need a big house but I’m keen on having a
big garden with a lot of plants
