Subject: Application for Croatia Tourist visa for Travel purpose

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I Ajim, passport number: EM0548422, live in House address zone no-55, Building-29, Street
no-549/Al Shatebi Doha Qatar. My permanent address is at Sreerampur, Nabinagar,
Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh. I am working at AEALI ALBINAA GENERAL as a Foreman
6 years back to till.

I am Planning to travel Croatia from Jun 25th 2024 to July 9th 2024. At the time of my travel, I
will stay at Zagreb. During my travel I will bare all expenses for this travel. I have submitted all
necessary documents that can prove I may be able to travel to The Croatia.

I assure you that, all given information in above and all documents are true and correct.

I will be grateful if you grant my application and provide me a tourist visa to travel Croatia.
