THE WAY OF GROWTH
On Wednesday, we had discussion on matters regarding MINISTRY
AND SERVICE which translate into important and interesting session of
Qs & As that I really enjoyed…
Disclaimer…!!!
Whatever I say regarding God’s Word, I believed is applied to every
person representing God in any capacity… that what I’d said or will say is
subject to correction, change by revelation… because all I’d said or will
say is to a measure what the Holy Spirit gives or what I’m open to receive
per time… let’s not be lazy to be contented & say is from Pastor…
And the LORD continued to appear in Shiloh, for
the LORD revealed Himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.

It is by revelation or no any other ground
In order to have understanding of Leadership in all its ramifications
possible, and specifically - its cost (why it cost) in essence to Christian
life…
Highlights of our discussion…
- Ministry & Service summarily means, the ACT(S) OF
REVEALING CHRIST & HIS WORKS…
- There’s a great difference between WORK FOR GOD or
WORK IN HIS NAME and SERVICE TO GOD…
- Works in His Name, which may seem to us to be GOOD
and RIGHT and EVEN SCRIPTURAL, but in essence fails
to achieve His end even while it seems to be successful…
- Therefore, Not all work FOR God is service TO God
- WORK FOR GOD OR WORK IN HIS NAME can drive its
energy, intentions, motivations OUTSIDE OF GOD…
- The service of God, like every other thing in relation to
Him, is essentially a spiritual thing.
- All inclusively, only what God does Himself is
God's service!
- Only that which the Father is doing can carry His
RESOURCE (anything that’s sponsored by revelation) .
- all service is brought within the limits of this Divine
ordering.
In our session of Qs & As a question was asked;
“what is God after…?”
The answer to this very question is not satisfy our curiosity to know
something but is KEY to understanding EVERY MOVE OF GOD
IN CREATION AND AMONG MEN…
What God is after give rise to ways or methods of His
dealings with men…
Until we are (permit me to use the word - PERFECTLY) clear with what
He’s after (be it in an individual or in collective sense) a lot of things
won’t make sense in our Christian struggle… Our ability to see give us
the comfort for service…
1 Peter 5:10
“And the God of all grace, who called you unto his ETERNAL
GLORY IN CHRIST, after that ye have suffered a little while, shall
himself perfect, establish, strengthen you…”
I remember I spoke on the matter of Glory (the mystery of Glory)
I will say something strong here…
If this matter of GLORY of God is not CLEAR to you – as far as the
purpose of God is concerned (regardless of what you think the purpose of
God is in you), you’re of no good use to God…
The ONLY ONE REASON WHY GOD IS INTERESTED AND
COMMITTED to fulfilling His purpose concerning man is the
matter of Glory…
If you can be one with the purpose of God, you can be one
with the power of God.
the 1st point of that uselessness starts with you rejecting Christ…
“And the God of all grace, who called you unto his ETERNAL
GLORY IN CHRIST
For us that received Christ in our own case, we will not be of GREAT
use, because receiving Him is the 1st step…
This lack of understanding of this directly results to our lack of growth or
even to desire growth… I’m saved what else…?
The SUMMATION OF ALL THINGS AND THE OVERALL
PURPOSE OF CREATION IS THE GLORY OF GOD...
I even remember we defined the Gospel (According to the GOOD
NEWS OF THE SATISFACTION OF A HAPPY GOD...) in this light
of understanding where Paul made it clear to Timothy in his first latter 1
Tim. 1:11…
“…whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine that
conforms to the gospel concerning THE GLORY OF THE
BLESSED GOD…”
“According to the good news of the glory of the blessed God, with which
I was entrusted.” (YLT)
Shall never have its place or be entertained in the gathering
of the saints…
I felt it’s important I outline some of the sweet points said then, they are
still very valid…
This “HIS ETERNAL GLORY” - THIS INDICATES AN ALL-
GOVERNING OBJECT AND END OF GOD.
- Whenever and wherever there has existed a state which
has answered to God's mind, there has been glory.
- Glory is always present when things correspond to the
mind of God because glory is the mind of God.
Glory - is something which governs the whole of history from
God's standpoint.
It governs the whole Bible and is the object which God has,
from eternity past, had in view for His creation and which He
is going to realize ultimately.
Christ Jesus is the sphere of God's eternal glory.
Which means that, the eternal glory unto which you and I
and all believers are called by His grace, is bound up with,
and inseparable from, Christ Jesus.
There is going to be no glory that is not in Christ Jesus.
The definition which according to the Scripture makes perfectly clear,
that GLORY IS GOD'S NATURE
And a STATE OF GLORY is a state which corresponds to God's
nature.
Glory, therefore, is the Divine nature in expression.
If you have Divine love in perfection, you have glory.
If there is a state of love, Divine love, among the Lord's people, then it's
glory.
Not necessarily something like a blaze of light which you see,
but which you sense. You sense it.
When there is a state of Divine Life in fulness, there is no
death at all, but it is all Life, the river is flowing in fulness, it's
a state of glory!
When faith is free from all questions, and doubts, and
mistrust; it's perfect faith, that is a state of glory.
When holiness, Divine holiness, is present without any
contradictory element of sin, then it's glory.
And therefore, the ABSENCE OF THE GLORY OF GOD IS
DEATH.
This clearly us not only defined what is but shows us ONE thing… this is
Christ himself…
Col. 1:15.
He is the exact living image [the essential manifestation] of the unseen
God [the visible representation of the invisible], the firstborn [the
preeminent one, the sovereign, and the originator] of all creation.(AMP)
We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this
Son and see God’s original purpose in everything created. For
everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and
invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels—everything got started
in him and finds its purpose in him. (MSG)
Heb. 1:3.
This Son perfectly mirrors God, and is stamped with God’s nature. He
holds everything together by what he says—powerful words!
The Son is the radiance and only expression of the glory of [our
awesome] God [reflecting God’s [a]
Shekinah glory, the Light-being, the
brilliant light of the divine], and the exact representation and perfect
imprint of His [Father’s] essence, and
upholding and maintaining and propelling all things [the entire
physical and spiritual universe] by His powerful word [carrying the
universe along to its predetermined goal]. When He [Himself and no
other] had [by offering Himself on the cross as a sacrifice for sin]
accomplished purification from sins and established our freedom from
guilt, He sat down [revealing His completed work] at the right hand of
the Majesty on high [revealing His Divine authority],
Earlier I said …
What God is after is KEY to understanding EVERY MOVE OF
GOD IN CREATION AND AMONG MEN…
What God is after give rise to ways or methods of His
dealings with men…
If the purpose of God ends with His Glory and clear is this Glory is
Christ… what is he after…
But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to
become children of God, even to them that believe on his
name: 13
who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of
the will of man, but of God.
Now every strategy God put in place is to ensure that every single one of
the sons has BECOME as the first born “PROTOTOKOS”
Now we’ve come the point of our discussion henceforth
THE MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
Now clear that the Scriptures in every connection it’s clear
that whenever God has moved to realize any phase of His
comprehensive purpose, He has done so by the agency of His
Spirit. And the pattern of this great divine purpose to which
the Holy Spirit is committed is God's own Son, our Lord
Jesus.
The Holy Spirit comprehends Christ, and the purpose of His
coming is to reveal Christ and to constitute things according
to Christ
We may have all the information that it is possible to
accumulate throughout the ages about Christ and not know
Christ.
We may be very fully informed on all the truths as to Christ doctrinally -
His person, His work, and all that has to do with Him - and still we
may be in the dark as to Christ Himself.
This is not a matter of an informed mind. This is a matter of
a constituted nature and we only know Christ in the measure
in which we have been reconstituted according to Christ,
made after Christ, like Christ, partaking of His very nature
(the measure of the operation of the Holy Spirit in you is the
measure of Christ you know).
This is what the Holy Spirit has come to do; not just to present
truths, but to do some great thing which CONFORM
ACCORDING TO CHRIST so that the knowledge and
understanding of Christ is in our very being...
This knowledge of Christ is something which has become our being
and it lives with us and dies with us in that sense that it is
part of us.
The knowledge of Christ is not something from which you can
resign, which you can give up, abandon it is now you.
The first thing that the Holy Spirit is here to do in this dispensation in
relation to the comprehensiveness of Christ, is to make inward the
outward work of Christ and what Christ did for us on our
behalf, all that He accomplished in His incarnation, by life, by
death, by resurrection, ascension and exaltation.
All that is the ground of the Spirit's operation to make it
inward in believers and in the Body, to put Christ in the sum of
His work at the center of things.
The objective is to be made subjective by the Holy Spirit. He
has been manifested. He was manifested to "destroy the works
of the devil" (1 John 3:8).
It is God, that said, Light shall shine out of darkness, who shined in our
hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face
of Jesus Christ" (2 Cor. 4:6).
It is no use sitting down even with a well-instructed people...
The light has got to shine in inside and then all the argument
becomes unnecessary. At once the subject says, "I see!
