Ajoyendra Mukherjee:

Ajoyendra Mukherjee is the Executive Vice President and Head of Global Human Resources at TCS. He
plays a crucial role in ensuring that the 300,000 professionals working at TCS are functioning
continuously and are able to tackle the daily challenges of the industry. As an HR professional, he has
been taking the initiative to build a skilled and highly talented workforce. He has played a key role in
getting a number of awards for Talent Management for TCS.

2. Nandita Gurjar:

Nandita Gurjar is the Senior Vice President and Head of HR at Infosys. She headed the HR department at
Infosys BPO. Her performance has been very appreciable in leveling up the HR department as the
business grew to US$250 million with 16,000 employees, five offices in India, and six global offices. She
joined Infosys in 1999 and established the Learning and Development unit to train employees and set
benchmarks for growth and development. Nandita is a member of the World Economic Forum – Global
Advisory Council on New Models of Leadership. She has been listed as one of the Most Powerful Women
in India and has been awarded the Human Capital Business Leader of the Year Award.

3. Saurabh Govil:

Saurabh Govil is the President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Wipro. He leads all of Wipro’s
Human Resources functions and reposts directly to the CEO. He is accountable in his capacity for
enterprise-wide talent management, workforce retention, and learning and growth programs. Saurabh,
from XLRI, Jamshedpur, did his Master’s in Human Resources. He is a member of the Advisory Board of
SHRM India and a speaker at NASSCOM’s HR summit.

4. Rajan Dutta:

Rajan Dutta is chair of Reliance Communications Human Resources (RCOM). Its authority spectrum
includes participation, growth, and organizational excellence. His very first aim is to create a “happy
people’s organization” by motivating all employees to be efficient and productive in working. Dutta
ensures active participation, commitment, and dedication of workers to accomplish the activities of the
organization. Dutta has 27 years of experience in the HR and Overall Quality Control sectors.

5. Joji Sekhon Gill:


Joji Sekhon Gill is the Director of Strategic HR for South Asia at DuPont. She is in charge of overseeing the
DuPont South Asia Talent Policy. She was the director of human resources for Microsoft India since April
2006, before joining DuPont. There she was in charge of integrating the people’s plans of all six Microsoft
companies in India. Joji has over 23 years of experience in HR and has lived and worked on 3 different
continents.

6. K. Srivastava:

Head of HR, HCL Company, and Shiv Nadar Foundation, Dilip Kumar Srivastava is. At HCL, it’s his job to
push creativity, community, and organizational success strategies. The HR develops and operates systems
under his control to develop, nurture, train and employ talent and oversee the development of a well-
performing organization. He has been around with HCL for the past 18 years. Nestle, Tata, and L&T are
amongst the well-known companies he has previously worked with.

7. K Ramkumar:

Ramkumar is ICICI Bank’s Executive Officer and Head of Operations and HR. He has 24 years of HR
experience in private as well as public sector organizations. He currently leads the Management of
Human Resources at ICICI Bank. K Ramkumar has previously worked at Hindustan Aeronautics,
Hindustan Lever Limited, and ICI India Ltd. He has worked in good administration, recruiting and,
learning, and development of employee relations.

8. Leena Nair:

Leena Nair is the Hindustan Unilever Ltd Executive Director- HR. She is an MBA in Staff Administration &
Industrial Affairs, and an XLRI, Jamshedpur gold medallist. Leena joined HLL as a Management Trainee in
1992. She was working as Madras Factory Personnel Manager, Taloja Personnel Manager, and HO
Personnel Manager. She was promoted to Strategic Growth Strategy Manager in 1997 and eventually in
April 2000 became HR Manager-Detergents. Leena Nair was appointed General Manager— HR HPC in
October 2004.

9. Mandeep Maitra:

Mandeep Maitra is the Country Head- of HR at HDFC Bank. She has over 19 years of experience in her
field. Mandeep has degrees in Bachelor’s in Psychology Honours from Lady Sriram College, Delhi
University, and a Master in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social
Sciences, Mumbai. She started her career with Eicher Tractors and played the lead role in Eicher’s
modernization program. Later, she moved to the HR function of Retail banking at ANZ Grindlays Bank.
Apart from handling HR functions, she also managed critical public issues during tough times such as the
scam in 1992. After this, she worked for three years at Arthur Andersen in a Senior Management
Position. She was a part of the core team which took strategic HR initiatives and Best people Practices
across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

10. Abhijit Bhaduri:

Abhijit Bhaduri is the HR Director at Microsoft Corporation Pvt Ltd. He did his Bachelor’s degree in
economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and his Master’s in Human Resources
from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Abhijit has work experience of over 20 years of in HR Management across
different industries and countries. He has previously worked with companies such as Eicher, Goodearth,
Tata Steel, and FMCG firms like Colgate-Palmolive and PepsiCo. He has won a Global Talent Sustainability
Award for his HR initiatives for employee relations development and engagement.
