Research is a systematic method of finding solutions to problems. It is essentially an
investigation, a recording and a analysis of evidence for the purpose of gaining
knowledge.According to Clifford woody, “research comprises of defining and redefining
problem, formulating hypothesis or suggested solutions, collecting, organizing and evaluating
data, reaching conclusions, testing conclusions to determine whether they fit the formulated
hypothesis”
Simple random sampling is used for this study. This is Applied Research.
SAMPLE DESIGN
Asample design is a finite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population.Simple Random
sampling is used for this study:
SAMPLE SIZE : 100 Respondents.
➢ UNIT: INDORE
➢ NO. OF QUESTIONS: 17
Sampling procedure:
The procedure adopted in the present study is random sampling, select respondent
randomly from population.
PRIMARY SOURCES:
The primary sources are discussion with Customers, data collected through questionnaire.
TOOLS FOR DATA COLLECTION:
The data were collected from the respondents through the distribution of questionnaire.
Thesequestionnaires will be distributed to the college students and general people these people
covered almost all income groups.
TOOLS FOR DATA ANALYSIS:
For the analysis purpose, various statistical tools were used as and where needed.Z- test is used
for analyzing the data.
HYPOTHESIS:
Ho: There is no impact of the level of customer satisfaction on Samsung mobile handset.
H1: There is impact of the level of customer satisfaction on Samsung mobile handset.
RESULT AND DISCUSSION
Z Test
It is a parametric test which depends upon the parameters such as mean or standard deviation. This test
is applicable only if the sample size i.e. n≥ 30 (sample size is greater than or equal to 30).
A sample survey of 100 respondents.
Starting from null hypothesis that the
Ho : There is no impact of the level of customer satisfaction on Samsung mobile handset
H1: There is impact of the level of customer satisfaction on Samsung mobile handset Use z-
distribution table to estimate critical value.
Zcal.(0.05) = 1.96 (At 5% level of signicance)
Compute the Test Statistic.
Test of significance between two means
Standard deviation =
Standard error (S.E.) =
Sample size (n) =100
Arithmetic mean =
Assumed mean =
Z= Arithmetic mean-Assumed mean/S.E.
Z tab (0.05) = 1.96
Z cal =
Since Z cal < Z tab
Therefore Ho is accepted it means there is no impact of level of the customer satisfaction on samsung
mobile handset.
CONCLUSION
Our major research project is dependents choice, so I am able to know that what a customer
