Bland 無滋味的
It is unseasoned or has an uninteresting taste. It seems to be without
any flavour.
e.g. Most rice cakes are bland when eaten alone.
Chewy (食物)難嚼的,耐嚼的,嚼不爛的
Food that you have to chew a lot before swallowing.
e.g. Toffee is chewy.
Crispy 酥脆的
Has a firm, dry, and brittle surface or texture.
e.g. We had some crispy bacon for breakfast.
Crunchy (食物)脆生生的,鬆脆的,鮮脆的
Hard and makes a sharp sound when you bite it.
e.g. My kids love crunchy food like carrots.
Juicy 多汁的
It contains a lot of (natural) juice.
e.g. This orange is so sweet and juicy.
Savoury 鹹味的
Tasting of salt and/or spices. Category of food that is not sweet.
e.g. You can bring either a savoury dish or a dessert.
Sour 酸的,有酸味的
Has an acidic taste like lemon or fruit that is not ready to eat.
e.g. You should add more sugar to the drink because it's sour.
Spicy 加香料的;用香料調味的;味重的;辛辣的
Has a strong taste because spices (such as ginger, cumin, etc.) have
been added to it.
e.g. Chorizos are a type of spicy sausage.
Tender (肉或蔬菜)嫩的,軟的
Easy to chew or cut through, typically of meat.
e.g. This steak is so tender.
