Introduction of Organization

Swastika Investmart Ltd. (formerly Swastika Fin-Lease Ltd.) is a company based


in Mumbai and Indore, India. It was started in 1992 by Mr. Sunil Nyati, part of
the Swastika group, a business group from Rajasthan. Initially, the company was
into leasing and hire-purchase business but later shifted its focus to
stockbroking in 2000.

Swastika is a public company, meaning people can buy its shares. In 1995, they
raised money from the public by selling shares. These shares are traded on the
Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under the code 530585. Swastika is involved in
various financial activities, including stock, derivatives, commodity, and currency
trading. They are members of several important stock and commodity
exchanges in India.

The company also offers services like depository (which involves holding
securities in electronic form), merchant banking (assisting companies in raising
funds from the market), and non-banking financial services. They have a large
number of clients, authorized persons, and employees, as well as many
branches across the country.

Swastika has received several awards for its performance in the financial
market. According to a study, it ranks 13th in the number of branches and 19th
in the number of terminals among India's stockbrokers.

In summary, Swastika Investmart Ltd. is a well-established financial company in


India, offering various services related to stock and commodity trading,
depository services, and more. They have a strong presence in the market and
have received recognition for their performance over the years.
Internship Area of Work

 Research: Conducting research on stocks, bonds, or other financial


instruments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

 Trading Support: Assisting traders in executing orders, managing trade


settlements, and monitoring market movements.

 Client Services: Interacting with clients, addressing their inquiries, and


helping them with account-related matters.

 Risk Management: Analyzing and managing the risks associated with


trading and investments.

 Technology and Software Learning: Learning and maintaining trading


software and tools used by the firm.

 Sales and Marketing: Assisting in marketing the firm's services and


products to potential clients.

 The leads were provided by the company.


 The source of the leads generation was from the facebook campaign.
 Leads were accessed by the (JARVIS SWASTIKA CRM) the application of the
company.
 And, then I contacted clients for knowing their interest related to Stock
Market and sharing information about the company and services provided
by it.
 Also, resolving the queries of the clients.
 Convincing clients for opening their Demat Account, providing information
about the Demat Account, how it works, what is the role of this account
while trading, briefly explaining the procedure for opening Demat Account
to the client.
 After opening Demat Account, I provided daily tips and recommendations
to the client related to market the buying and selling of the shares, stocks,
indexes, futures and options, daily expiry calls.
 Convince the client to add on funds in their account.
 I also provided RM (Relationship Manager) to the client for guiding them
about the working of market.
 Also, explaining client related to Algo Trading, how our software works,
what are the different strategies are being provided, sharing the profit
ratio, daily algo profit of the client, adding them into whatsapp community
groups.
 On daily basis I open 2-3 accounts of the clients.
